Terms and Conditions

1 Customers are kindly requested to review quotation specifications & quantities, lengths etc. carefully and clarify any technical doubts with the
manufacturer (Saudi Lifting Equipment Manufacturing Company Limited – SLEMCO) prior to confirming purchase orders / purchase requisitions. Any
alterations or amendment confirmation to the issued purchase order/s should be received by us within two working days.

2 Cancellations of purchase orders are not acceptable after this period and once the materials are manufactured & delivered according to the
confirmed purchase order/s.

3 Any alterations requested after the materials are manufactured as per the purchase order specification and terms & conditions, will be subject to a
30% alteration / demurrage charges plus additional materials & manufacturing cost in addition to the subject purchase order value and will be
invoiced / charged to the customer account accordingly.
4 While alteration requests of materials attract only additional materials & manufacturing charges on the purchase order value, complete cancellation
of the ordered materials will be subject to a 50% demurrage charges on the total value of the purchase order and will be charged to the customer
account.
5 For specially manufactured / fabricated materials, the manufacturer will not accept cancellation under any circumstances once the purchase order is
received and the materials are manufactured according to the purchase order specific requirements.

6 In such events the total value of the purchase order will be charged to the customer account and invoiced accordingly.

7 When every care is taken by the manufacturer to deliver the materials with the maximum quality & safety factors, it is always recommended that the
end user take note of all the safety & maintenance tips provided / tagged along with the materials.

8 All our products are tagged with complete specifications of the subject material/s and safety & information tips for quality awareness which is the
responsibility of the manufacturer.

9 The manufacturer does not take any responsibility or not liable for any accidents which may take place due to negligence of the customer / end user
in handling of the materials safely or if the materials are used for any purposes other than its original intended purpose.

10 Customer / Client shall possess every liability for any loss or damage of product related documents such as test certificate, delivery note & invoice.

11 For prompt deliveries of your orders, please make sure that our invoices are paid on time and not later than thirty (30) days from the invoice date.
