PRELIMINARY CHECK
MEETING SOUND
If there is no sound in the transmission , please select computer
audio as the audio setting (from a mobile device, please choose
the option for calling over the internet).

If the problem persists , please leave and re-enter the meeting.

Note: The interpreting feature does not work on the web

browser. Please make sure to connect from the application
available for desktop, tablets or mobile phones.

MICROPHONE AND CAMERA

The green or grey microphone

icon indicates that my
microphone is on. If I select it
and it is crossed out , my
microphone is off. The same
happens with the camera. Microphone on and camera off

•For better transmission quality, please keep the microphone off

while not speaking during the meeting.

MODIFYING MY NAME

Select the participants icon to see the list of attendees.

Next to my name, there is a button to view options. Select
the option to rename and modify the information
according to the needs.
SENDING MESSAGES

The chat icon allows you to Chat icon and options

send written messages. Please
keep in mind that there are
options for sending messages
to the entire audience or only
to specific people.
Tip: Check the recipient(s)
before sending chat messages.

Please use high quality headphones with built-in
microphone or a clip-on microphone (try to avoid the
computer microphone)
