COVID Protocols

 DO NOT come to RC/RL if you are sick or experiencing any of

the symptoms associated with COVID-19
 In case of any of these symptoms, self quarantine and reach
out to corresponding contact person
 Wear mask during interactions, and when surrounded with
other people. In close space like lab, with no ventilation, mask
is necessary to avoid COVID infection and transmission
 Wearing mask is necessary in closed with no ventilation
rooms/spaces
 Avoid: poor ventilation rooms, using Ac’s, eating in closed
spaces and meeting in closed & confined spaces
 In case, AC is used for some technical supports, do open some
windows, and slightly open the door for air circulation

 Students are responsible for cleaning and disinfecting
frequently touched surfaces within their work areas, such as
computer keyboards, phones and desktops
 Residential student’s lab working hours are 24 hours
 Non-residential student’s lab working time 09.00 am to 08.00

 Please ensure that windows are open allowing good ventilation
 Refrain from shaking hands with other people
 Maintain a distance of 1 meter from anyone who is coughing or sneezing and remind them
that they need to have a face mask to avoid infecting others.
