NBW issued against accused Shivam is received back unexecuted with

report ‘not found at the address-family member informed’. It appears that accused
Shivam is intentionally absconding despite having notice of the case and his
presence cannot be secured through ordinary process. Therefore, a written
proclamation under Section 82 Cr. P. C. be published against accused Shivam
son of Ram Chandra, r/o D-33, Gali No. 2, Sainik Enclave, Vikash Nagar,
West Delhi, Ranhola, West Delhi requiring him to appear before this court on
24.07.2023.
Executing police official shall observe procedure envisaged under
Section 82 (2) and shall also appear before the court to make his statement regarding
publication of proclamation in accordance with law. Proclamation be published on
or before 05.06.2023 so as to afford minimum 30 days time to the accused to appear
before the Court.
Notice issued to surety Akash Verma is received back served but he is
not present. NBW be issued against him.
