to bill any transaction done on your behalf for any task requested by you. GetFriday is committed to the privacy and security of your billing

Plan Details

Plan Name: Pay As You Go

Your Plan requires a 30-day notice for termination or change of plan.

In the event that you decide to opt out of the service within 7 days of start date (Assistant assigned date) for any
reason whatsoever, pro-rata charges shall apply based on usage/no.of days whichever is higher and the balance shall
be refunded as per the Refund Policy.
No waiver of notice period or refunds shall be allowed in case you decide to opt out of the service post the 7 day
period from start date.
Other Details: Monthly Subscription Charges for the service plan you have opted for apply from day ONE and charges shall be made
in advance from the second month onwards.
No refunds shall be applicable for non-usage of the allotted hours as per your Service plan under any circumstances.
Only our PLUS Plans carry a roll over of unused time to the subsequent month as per our Rollover Policy.
Please read the Refund Policy on our website (https://www.getfriday.com/refund-policy) carefully before you sign this
document.

(a) Unused time from what is allotted to you in a month gets rolled over to the next month automatically.
(b) Your total amount of accumulated Rollover Time cannot exceed 20% of your monthly plan.
(c) Once your accumulated Rollover Time exceeds that amount, the excess is lost indefinitely.
Rollover Time (d) Rollover Time accumulates indefinitely while you are on a PLUS plan.
(applicable for (e) If you change from one PLUS plan to another PLUS plan, any accumulated Rollover Time in excess of the new
PLUS Plans 0nly) plans allotted maximum will expire upon such change.
(f) If you change to Pay As You Go or a BASIC plan, then all Rollover Time is lost indefinitely.
(g) In the event of cancellation, your Rollover Time, if any, is lost indefinitely.
(h) Rollover Time is not redeemable for cash or credit and is not transferable or refundable.
