“Questions about teaching English”

What was the purpose of the study?

This survey had the purpose of knowing which were the most frequent
questions about teaching English in a public school. This way, we could
proceed better by approaching those questions in our work.
This study was conducted for students in the first year of the course
Foreign Languages and Cultures, in the Escola Superior de Educação do
Instituto Politécnico do Porto.
Questions of the study
How to go and teach the group of year you want for example: 7th-9th
grade?

How stable of a career is it?

Do we really need a master's degree to teach? are there any other options
to pursue this career without taking a master's degree?

Will we learn how to prepare classes properly? And will we also learn how
to deal with our students, regardless of their age?

The initial choice of school that I will be teaching

What should one actually do after finishing university?

How much money does an English teacher earn?

How to teach without compromising certain values?
