Strategic Partnership Proposal

Overview
Atharra Development Corporation is launching a new real estate development project and
is in search of a Strategic Partner, either an architect or an architectural firm. We have
partnered with a group of potential investors who are interested in funding the project,
contingent upon their approval of the final proposal.

Our goal is to collaborate with a Strategic Partner who is willing and able to contribute their
resources to designing the project and assisting in its realization.

Partnership Proposal
We propose a collaborative partnership for the design phase of the project. Your role will
encompass:

1. Master Planning: Crafting a comprehensive plan for the entire project.


2. Architectural Rendering: Producing 2D/3D perspectives and a 2- to 5-minute video
walkthrough of the entire project.
3. Space Planning: Developing floor plans for the proposed structures.
4. Conceptual Estimates: Providing preliminary cost assessments based on the initial
design concepts and scope of the project.

A. Architect Responsibilities
The Architect shall:

1. Contribute all necessary resources to complete the aforementioned design


deliverables.
2. Assist the Company in presenting the design proposal to the investors and respond
to any questions the investors may have about the project.

Intellectual Property
To protect the creative work of the architect, the architectural designs will remain the
property of the Architect until the mutually agreed-upon fee is paid by Atharra Development
Corporation.

Compensation
Upon receipt of the first tranche of investor funding, Atharra Development Corporation will
pay the Architect the full agreed fee for the design services outlined above.

Project Scope Clarification


Detailed architectural and engineering drawings are not included in the proposed scope of
work. This scope can be undertaken by the partner architect or commissioned to a separate
third-party firm, subject to separate discussions and agreements between the involved
parties.

Project Funding & Execution Disclaimer


This proposal does not guarantee that the project will be realized or proceed to execution.
The final decision will be made by potential investors on whether to fund the proposed
project. The Architect will not receive any payment from the Company if the investors do not
proceed with funding the project. However, the company will endeavor to find alternative
investors to bring the project to fruition.

B. Atharra Responsibilities
Atharra Development Corporation shall:

1. Conduct a comprehensive feasibility study and develop a detailed business plan to


present to potential investors.
2. Complete any other prerequisites required by the investors.

Design Use
The Architect shall grant Atharra Development Corporation the right to:

1. Present the approved architectural designs to potential investors and other


stakeholders.
2. Utilize the designs on the company’s website and other online and offline platforms.
