4. Tax Services:

(a) Income Tax:

 Applying for and obtaining National Tax Number (NTN) Certificate.


 Preparation and filing of Annual Income Tax Returns, Wealth Tax Statements and
Annexures.
 Preparation and filing of periodic Withholding Tax Statements (WHT).
 Appeal filing and Adjudication at various forums under Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.

appellate authorities on contentious GST issues and dispute resolution.

Muhammad Abdul Hannan

Co-founding Partner, Synergy Business Consulting. Before founding
SBC, he was serving as Assistant Director / Registrar, Securities and
Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) Islamabad-Pakistan
where he worked for around 10 years in the area of corporate
compliance, business startups, formation of legal entities (Local
Companies, NGOs, INGOs, Foreign Companies, JVs), Initial Public
Offering, Commodity Exchange, Employee Stock Option Schemes,
Enforcement of Companies Laws, Research, development of new
laws and new “business development” concepts.
Before joining SECP, he has served Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)
as Auditor Sales Tax for two and half years (2.5) years where he has
worked in sales tax audit department.
He has graduated in Commerce and Law (LLB) with Masters both in
Commerce (M.Com) and Business Economics (M.B.Econ.), an
Associate Member of Pakistan Institute of Corporate Secretaries
(ICSP), and a fellow member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance

Muhammad Sohaib Sheikh

Punjab. He has also been awarded the LL.M degree in International
Business Law (2005-2006) by the University of Manchester, United
Kingdom and is enrolled with International Islamic University as a
Research Scholar, Ph.D. (Law). Before founding C&T LAW, he was
working for Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan as
