PROJECT OBJECTIVE

To Re-Create a local community meeting ground to Pause, Gather, Relax or Immerse& Revel around a
unique Bangalore experience at Brigade Road with fine, authentic, brews and foods.

- Growing number of fine dining, casual dining, and quick service restaurants.
- Younger professionals are the largest customers.
- Eating out as a part of daily life, is increasing.
- Home delivery and takeaways are on the increase by the day

The Innate human need to go out to the most celebrated locales of Bangalore and try fresh
places with out of the box service elements, meet new people, socialize , and celebrate life
The F&B Industry in Bangalore sector presents an immense market opportunity to organize
and create a brand that stand for its unique values and offerings with a clear vision of long
term and sustainable growth over the next decade. Millennials who are college-educated and
have an income above ₹ 40,000/Month . F&B enthusiasts, entertainment revellers , shoppers ,
casual drinkers and after-work crowds, who tend to eat & drink out regularly with a wide social
circle or community that favor social interactions over a drink

Bangalore F&B market average APC stands at max. at 2000 /head which largely stands untapped

10 new places open and 20 shut just for one major reason – “over promise & under delivery”

Hence , the R.O.I objectives must only be dedicated towards exceeding the guest expectations
