Name of Project Multicultural Literacy in the Philippines
Brief Description The Multicultural Literacy in the Philippines project aims to bridge
understanding and appreciation among the diverse cultures within the country.
Through a series of activities and engagements, the project targets students,
teachers, and community members as beneficiaries. The primary objective is to
promote cultural literacy by encouraging active participation in cultural
activities and discussions Starting on June 1, 2024.

The initiative aims for improvements in literacy skills as demonstrated through

assessments and presentations. By involving students, teachers, and guest
speakers, the project endeavors to increase cultural awareness and literacy skills
among participants. Material resources such as assessment tools and human
resources in the form of guest speakers and assessors will contribute to the
achievement of these goals, ultimately fostering a more culturally literate and
aware community.
