By leveraging AI-powered decisioning, banks can offer tailored products and services that address specific customer needs,

other by agreeing with eachother at first but then getting into a little argument on how AI is changing the banking industry either in
a positive way or a negative way. I fit into all of this because I see all sides of the argument and can take both sides. I can see how AI
is positively and negatively changing the banking industry but can eplain in what ways. This activity is shaping my ideas because I get
to see what authors and websites to use in my paper and which could help me support my claim. All of these websites can help me
write my Investigative Field Essay because they all support the reasoning of why AI is changing the banking industry.
