Student ID: 1979392

Student Name: Pardeep Kaur

Group No:

This confidential Individual Reflective Report (one from each student) should be submitted using the appropriate link on BREO by every member of your
group and will be used to assess your contribution to the group work, the level of team work in your group and the contribution of individuals.

The report should reflect on the ease or difficulties that you encountered when completing this group assignment. It should include how you worked with
the others in the group to produce the final report and program, the difficulties you encountered and how these problems were overcome, your
evaluation of your own contribution to the group work as well as the contribution of others in the group, what you have learned from doing this group work,
and how would you do things differently in the future.

In addition, you should list your group members in the grid below and next to the details of each group member please use the one letter code below to
indicate your perception of their contribution to the project work submitted by the group. Their contribution includes work on the group co-ordination,
coding, testing, report writing or any other activity that led to successful submission. Please choose the code that appropriately describes your peers’ input:

S- Significant (The group member’s work was integral to the overall submission) N- No Contribution (The group member took no part in the
project submission)
I - Insignificant (The group member’s work made little difference to the overall submission)

This cooperative methodology permitted us to use our singular assets what's more, make progress toward a strong eventual outcome. This collaborative approach allowed us to
leverage our unique strengths and move closer to a successful conclusion. Organizing the coordination of the numerous portions that each of us generated was one of the main issues
we encountered. There were times when our code didn't work well as we were working on different parts of the framework at the same time, requiring us to spend time debugging
and looking into the issue. In order to overcome this difficulty, we conducted standard code survey sessions in which we reviewed each of our individual commitments and provided
feedback to ensure uniformity and order. This allowed us to identify and diagnose combination problems early on, preventing more serious problems later on. Managing the project
schedule and making sure we met all of the requirements was another challenge we faced.
Since every group member was juggling this project with other academic obligations and personal duties, it was critical that we communicated clearly and efficiently at all times. We
created a detailed project plan that included our accomplishments, and we regularly tracked our progress to identify any potential delays. When issues arose that started to interfere
with our plan, we worked together to refocus on our goals, reallocate resources, and come up with new plans of action to get the project back on track.
Regarding my own contribution to the group project, I took on the responsibility of designing the user interface and carrying out the client-facing functionality of the taxi booking
framework. This involved conducting extensive client research, creating wireframes and mockups, and then interpreting those designs to create a practical programming application.
I collaborated closely with my collaborators to ensure that the user experience aligned with the general framework requirements and integrated seamlessly with the back-end
components they were developing. Throughout the project, I anticipated being a proactive and reliable team member. I attended all of the meetings, offered ideas and plans, and
completed my assigned tasks on schedule.
I also make a conscious effort to provide my partners with constructive feedback and assistance when needed. Even though there were undoubtedly times when I could have
contributed more or done a better job overall, I acknowledge that my efforts were noteworthy and helped the group reach its goals. When evaluating my partners' commitments, I
was consistently impressed by their devotedness, expertise, and critical thinking skills. Each component contributed unique attributes that were truly valuable, and their combined
efforts were essential to the task's successful completion. For example, one colleague demonstrated strong undertaking the board talents, another demonstrated success with
information base planning and execution, and a third demonstrated exceptional investigating and investigating skills.
Through the use of these mutual skill sets, we were able to overcome the obstacles we faced and deliver an excellent taxi booking system.
My professional expertise in gatherings has given me a number of noteworthy examples that I will utilize in future group projects. Above all, I've realized how important it is to
communicate clearly, manage executives effectively, and maintain a stable group dynamic. Additionally, I now have a deeper understanding of the power of different points of view
and how they can inspire more creative solutions. In the future, I believe our gathering may have improved the overall gathering work procedure in a few areas. For instance, we
could have carried out more planned team-building activities to strengthen our functional relationships and foster a stronger sense of fraternity.
Furthermore, rather of waiting for problems to worsen, we could have planned for more frequent registrations to proactively handle any difficulties or concerns that may have arisen.
Overall, this collection project has been a ground-breaking chance for personal development that has improved my specialized skills, teamwork abilities, and boundaries to my
critical thinking. Without a doubt, the challenges we faced and the examples we learnt will help me in my future academic and professional endeavors. I'm grateful for the incredible
opportunity to work with such a talented and dedicated group of individuals, and I have no doubt that the skills and knowledge I've gained will continue to benefit me in the future.
