To make the issues better, firstly, we should decorate our main hall with a variety
of pictures which show our effort to collect the well-known pictures about people.
Secondly, it would be great if we could sign up for advertising our event on social
media to capture audiences’ attention. Last but not least, it is necessary to have a
refreshment booth nearby with a view to catering not only the elderly but also the
youngsters.
Hopefully, my recommendations will be helpful to you. I am looking forward to
receiving your responses as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Bui Tran Phuoc Trang.

Dear madam,
My full name is Bui Thi Minh Thu and I have been a member of photography club
for 5 months. I’m writing this email to express (bày tỏ) my feelings and
suggestions about the notice ( thông báo ) that I have just received from our club.
According to the email, our club is organizing an exhibition to show people’s the
best photo. To be honest ( 1 cách chân thực), I think the plan is interesting and I
felt happy when I heard the new.
In my opinion, I think we should organize an exhibition in a weekend. Because
most of the people will have free time in the weekend so they can spend their time
to go to exhibition. Moreover, we should give a rule for viewers that everyone
must keep quiet and must’n use the phone when intend an exhibition.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you if my recommendation are accepted.

Thank you.
Minh Thu

I am over the moon to hear the news. I have been writing to let you know that our club will be

Dear sir,
My full name is Bui Tran Phuoc Trang, a proud member of our club for the past five months. I am
reaching out to you via this email to convey my thoughts and make contributions regarding our
club’s activities.
Based on the announcement I have received, the club will hold a contest and it will be divided into 3
different categories comprising male, female and under 16-year-old children. This is a good news
and I am on cloud nine to hear it. This can lead to the correct evaluating champion in a contest.
In my point of view, the participants are equal in ability and it will be fair to evaluate them for the
rewards. In addition, it is easier for the organization to manage the contest with the separated groups
of ages. Moreover, we should open a small store which equip contestants with important devices to
facilitate their competition.
Hopefully, my recommendations will be helpful to you. I am looking forward to receiving your
responses as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Bui Tran Phuoc Trang.
