Hi Hoang,
Hope you're doing well!
Just saw the club's email about a planned walk across Europe. While it's a cool
idea, I'm a bit concerned. Europe's huge and traveling there can be expensive. A
walking trip across the whole continent might not be practical.
Maybe the club could reconsider the scope?
Let me know what you think!
Talk soon,
Pham Phuong Thao
2. Email to the club (150 words)
Dear (Representatives)
A member for six years, I'm writing to express my concerns about the ambitious
plan for a walk across Europe. While the idea is exciting, the vast size of the
continent raises concerns about feasibility, both in terms of physical demands and
associated costs, which might limit participation.
To ensure inclusivity and prioritize member well-being, I respectfully suggest
considering a more focused walking tour within a specific European region. This
approach could offer a more manageable and enjoyable experience while still
capturing the essence of a European walking adventure.
I am confident that, with careful planning and a regional focus, we can develop a
fantastic trip that caters to a wider range of members. If you'd like to discuss
potential European regions or alternative itineraries, I'd be happy to contribute.
Should you require any further information or wish to discuss alternative
itineraries, please do not hesitate to contact me at your convenience. I can be
reached by phone at 0355760126 or by email at Thaopham12@gmail.com.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,

wealth of knowledge to his talks.
They are having Mr. Jon speak again on "The British Garden" instead. Ugh, I've
already heard him once, and while British gardens are lovely, it doesn't quite
scratch the same itch as learning about Japanese gardens.
Do you think maybe we could reach out to the club and see if they might consider

writing regarding the unfortunate news of the cancellation of the talk show

continuation of the "Japanese Garden" theme rather than a shift to an "English

this situation, were it within my capacity. One suggestion would be to reschedule
Mr. Seiken's talk for another day, ensuring his recovery and honoring the
anticipation of his audience.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am PPT, a dedicated member of your food club for a decade. I am reaching out
regarding the exciting news of the upcoming meeting next week where we will be
inviting some local chefs. This announcement brought me great joy as I believe it
presents an excellent opportunity for our club.
In light of this event, I would like to propose some potential actions to further
enhance the experience. Firstly, I suggest inviting renowned chefs to share valuable
tips and tricks for those who are new to cooking. This initiative could greatly
benefit our new members who are just beginning their culinary journey.
Additionally, I recommend organizing a cooking contest for the townspeople. This
competition not only promotes our event but also encourages participation and
fosters a sense of community within our food club.
I sincerely hope that these suggestions will contribute positively to the club and its

I am PPT, a longstanding member of your museum club for a decade. I am writing
regarding the recent decision to implement an entrance fee to cover the museum's
maintenance costs. I am genuinely excited about this development as I believe it is
a sensible decision.
In my opinion, charging an entrance fee is necessary to support the museum's staff
and infrastructure. It will also contribute to preserving valuable artifacts for future
generations. If I may, I would like to suggest that a portion of this fee be allocated
towards staff salaries and the conservation of these precious artifacts.

Dear Sir,
I am PPT, a dedicated member of your club for a decade. I am reaching out
regarding the recent news of the club's plan to demolish some old buildings and
construct new ones. I must admit, I was initially confused upon hearing this
announcement, considering the significant expenses associated with construction.
As you are aware, maintaining old buildings can be both time-consuming and
costly, and these structures often occupy considerable space. In light of this, I
would like to propose a potential solution to address this situation. Personally, I
believe it would be prudent to demolish some of the older buildings and replace
them with new constructions. Given the age of these buildings, safety concerns
may arise, and building anew could alleviate these worries for all residents. This
proposal seems to be the most viable option at present, and I am confident that
many club members would support such a decision.
I sincerely hope that my suggestion will be beneficial to the club and contribute
positively to the overall well-being of our community.

The club is gearing up to welcome a group of foreign tourists who will be visiting
our country for the first time. It's going to be an incredible opportunity to show
them the beauty and hospitality of our culture.
However, there's a bit of a challenge – they don't speak Vietnamese. So, I thought
I'd reach out to see if you have any suggestions on how we can welcome them and
communicate effectively despite the language barrier. Perhaps you have some ideas
on cultural gestures, basic phrases in English or other languages, or even fun
activities that can help bridge the gap.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and brainstorm together on how we can make their
visit memorable and enjoyable. Let's catch up soon and discuss further!
Take care,
2. Email to the manager (120 – 150 words)
Dear,
I hope this finds you well. I'm reaching out to discuss welcoming our upcoming
group of foreign tourists, who don't speak Vietnamese, during their first visit to our
country. To ensure their comfort and enjoyment, we could offer multilingual
signage and recruit fluent volunteers to assist them. Providing a welcome packet
with essential information and basic phrases in their language would be beneficial.
Additionally, organizing cultural demonstrations and interactive activities can help
them learn about our culture despite the language barrier. Lastly, considering
professional translators or interpreters for guided tours or events would ensure
effective communication. Implementing these measures would contribute to a
positive and memorable experience for our visitors. I'm eager to discuss these ideas
further and assist with their implementation as needed. Thank you for your
consideration.
Best regards,
