Topic 1: Describe your dream house.

You should say:

 Where your dream house would be located
 What it would look like
 What furniture you want in it, and explain why you want to live there

My dream house will be located in the serene countryside of Western Vietnam,

featuring a simple and traditional design. Inside, the living room will exude a warm
and inviting ambiance with classic rattan chairs and a natural wood coffee table. A
bookshelf filled with books will be my tranquil spot to savor quiet moments. The
bedroom will offer comfort, furnished with a wooden bed and curtains welcoming the
morning sun. A small corner will be dedicated to nurturing plants and flowers. In the
kitchen, I will have the joy of cooking in a traditional wooden setting, and a cozy
dining table will be the heart of our family gatherings for enjoying
delightful meals. Living in this house, I envision embracing a simple life,
harmoniously connected to nature, and cherishing the timeless values of
the countryside.

Topic 2: Talk about the benefits of reading.

Benefits of reading.
 Be motivational (động lực).
 Increase general knowledge / Gain valuable knowledge.
 Reduce stress.
 Improve literacy / expand vocabulary.
 Improve your communication skills.

Books are the treasure house of human knowledge, and reading brings many
benefits to people. Firstly, by reading historical and scientific literature, books
expand knowledge and awareness, which in turn contributes to a better understanding
of the world around us. For example, the book “Ho Chi Minh's Journey of 79
Springs” helps learn about the life of the nation's old father. Secondly, reading
strengthens thinking and logic through complex books that require reasoning and
analysis, such as the book “Thinking Fast and Slow”. This book will help us see
reason and their thinking is irrational. Finally, reading can also help us relieve stress
and relax our minds. When immersed in a story or knowledge, the body forgets the
stress and helps the brain better. For example, reading Japanese manga such as
Doraemon or Conan can help us return to our childhood and relax our mind. In short,
reading is not only a hobby, but also a tool for improving knowledge and discovering
life skills.

My beloved piece of clothing is my Manchester United player edition football jersey. I

cheering for my team or playing football with friends. It's perfect for special occasions too.
The jersey's high-quality material is soft, comfortable, and breathable, making it a joy to

inspired by Trafford Bridge. The logo of the club and the sponsor are delicately
embroidered. The jersey is personalized with my favorite player's name and number,

it, this jersey holds a special place in my heart, symbolizing my deep bond with the football

Topic 3: An interesting trip you have had

1. Where is this place?

2. When did you come there?
3. Who did you go with?
4. What made this trip interesting? (beautiful view, food, people,…)
5. Have you ever been back to this place? Why or why not?
6. If you have freetime, will you come back?

One of the most interesting trips I have had was to Phu Quoc, a beautiful island in
Vietnam. I visited Phu Quoc during last year's summer, around July, and I went there with
my family. What made this trip truly memorable was the stunning scenery, delicious food,
and the warm hospitality of the local people. The beautiful beaches of Phu Quoc with their
smooth white sands and turquoise waters left us mesmerized. I particularly cherish the
moments of watching the vibrant sunset over the sea, which brought a sense of tranquility
and connection with nature. Moreover, the cuisine of Phu Quoc was a delightful experience.
We had the pleasure of tasting fresh and delicious seafood as well as unique local specialties
such as fish sauce, grilled squid, and herring salad. Every dish was a burst of flavors,
capturing the essence of the coastal region. The people of Phu Quoc were incredibly
friendly and welcoming. We had the chance to interact with them and hear fascinating
stories about their life and culture. Though I haven't revisited Phu Quoc since that trip, the
island still holds a special place in my heart. Given the opportunity, I would definitely love
to return to Phu Quoc in my free time. Phu Quoc remains a beloved destination in my heart,
and I hope to be back there in the near future.
