Jesus, thank You for bringing us all here today to celebrate my birthday.

We are sorry for being sinners, and we praise and thank You for dying on
the cross to pay for all our sins. Jesus, please always make me a good girl
so I can always make you happy. For my birthday, I ask for good health for
our family, friends, and loved ones. Please help those who are in need, and
please heal those who are sick. Thank you, Jesus, and we love You very
much.

Bless us, Oh Lord, and these thy gifts which we are about to receive from
