This quotation is based on the drawing provided.

Scope of work
1. Earthwork at the site of constrution.
2. Toilet foundation work.
3. Block work and plaster work (“8” inch 7 Netwon Block).
4. Drainage and water supply piping work.
5. Electrical wiring work.
6. Inside Area ceramic tile fixing work ( floor and wall area).
7. Roof ceiling work.
8. W.C room and common area Exhaust fan fixing work.
9. Ceiling area down light fixing work.
10. Outside area primer coating and painting work.
11. Outside area main drainage and water supply connection work.
12. Sanitary and other accessories fixing work.
13. Testing and commissioning.

Total Amount (including material and labour charge)

BD:4800/-( Four Thousand And Eight Hundred Only)
Note: Advance payment should be 50% of the total amount.
Next payment of 40% before tile fixing.
Remaining 10% after completion of the work.
