JX-4B Auto Water Recycling Instructions

1. Summarize
JX-4B Automatic Water Recycling is appropriate for water disposing and reusing machine in
automatic car wash station and various small manual car wash station. The machine deal with
the various technology process of water cleansing synthetically. The machine has advanced
technology, neoteric design and compact structure. It occupies less land, needs less investment,
and it is convenient to manage and operate.

3. Principle of water cleansing device

JX-4B automatic water cleansing device cleansing and reuse the sewage car wash water through
fast filtration, aeration and ozone sterilization.

4. Structure
Sewage water pump, liquid level auto control system, filter, water distribution pipe, various
filter element, aeration device, ozonator, automatic air control backflush valve.
Structure of filter element in filter: water distributor at the bottom，small&medium size quartz
sand, activated carbon and similar matter in the middle, ceramisite filter material at the top.
Filtrate speed is 8m/h. At last, clean water flow to the reuse water tank for reusing.

5. Installation method
Take the machine on the flat, concrete groud.
There are three water pipe interfaces, including: water outlet pipe, sewage pipe. Water pump
pipe interface connect to water pump in sewage settling pond. Water outlet pipe interface
connect to reusing water pond. Sewage pipe interface connect to settling pond. Aeration pipe
and ozonator connect to settling pond.

6. Operate method
After installing the machine, turn on the machine, and then enter the auto-run procedure. The
computer control the procedure of filtration, sterilization, backwash and so on, without manual
operation through the whole process.

7. Maintenance
Please settle the machine in the environment of which temperature above 0℃.
There is a discharge outlet at the bottom of filter. Please drain the water in the filter after using,
if you use the machine in cold environment or under risk of freeze. Drain the water by opening
the outlet at the bottom. Notice that keep the outlet closed when you are using the machine.
