What's your biggest weakness?

I don't have many weaknesses, but there is one I have been aware of for some time,
and that's the fact that I find it hard to say no to people. In the past, I have literally
taken on so many tasks that I get a bit overwhelmed, and I've been learning to take
on fewer tasks to make sure they are all done to the right standard. Having said
that, from an employer's perspective, I think my weakness is attractive because I
will always do a good job for you and I will be the first person to put my hand up if
you need a volunteer!
