It’s hard to choose the best thing about
studying Biomedical Science, there are a
lot of great things about the course, from
all the skills it nurtures to the wide range
of taught content. There is something
for everyone who is interested in the
medical world. The highlight of my time at
university has certainly been the meeting
of new people. I’ve met so many people
from different backgrounds and places, all
with diverse experiences, it feels so great
to get to know them all.

My time at York St John

The opportunities available for

everyone at the University is very
friendly. I couldn’t have imagined
a better life at university.

You know when you just know? I walked

into York St John University and it just
felt natural to me, just so normal. The
first week of the course I met my best
friends, even to this day they’re still my
best friends. What would I say to first year
Zak now? Keep pushing and do what feels
right for you. Joining Dance was the best
experience for me, it’s helped me meet
some of the best people ever.
