Unisure Health Insurance benefit is an estimate, the final amount will depend on the employee enrollment, their health parameters and local taxes. There is a
$15 fee charged by Deel for each month related to Unisure health care administration. Unisure is an optional healthcare plan and is not mandatory.

The above amounts are calculated based on employer’s costs for current year and are subject to change depending on local regulations.
You are responsible for the provision and administration of the benefits in kind offered to the employee. Deel will charge the associated costs and declare the
benefits in the monthly payroll. The “gross salary” value noted above is therefore not remitted to the employee by Deel.
