A Study on Work-Life Balance at D-Mart.

1. OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:


The primary objectives of this study on work-life balance at D-Mart are:
 To Assess the current status of work-life balance among employees at D-
Mart.
 To Identify the factors influencing work-life balance in the context of D-
Mart's organizational culture and operational practices.
 To Understand the impact of work-life balance on employee satisfaction,
well-being, and performance.
 To Provide recommendations for improving work-life balance policies and
practices at D-Mart.

2. LIMITATIONS OF THE PROJECT:


 The study's findings may be limited by the sample size and participation rate
of employees.
 Social desirability bias might influence survey responses.

3. METHODOLOGY TO BE USED:
The study adopts a mixed-methods approach involving:
 Quantitative Data: The survey aims to provide statistical insights into the
prevalence and patterns of work-life balance within the organization.
 Qualitative Data: It’s allows for a deeper exploration of individual
perspectives, organizational dynamics, and cultural factors influencing work-
life balance.
