Cleaning
1 Remove nozzle holder combination (1)
2 Fill ultrasonic nozzle cleaning equipment (2)
with cleaner and heat up to 60 °C
3 Insert perforated cover (3) into the ultrasonic
nozzle cleaning equipment (2), position
nozzle holder combinations (1) verticallly
into the perforated cover and switch on
ultrasonic nozzle cleaning equipment
4 Install nozzle holder combinations (1)
Danger! Risk of accident. Accidents may result if
the vehicle starts off unintentionally with the
engine running. Risk of injury as working
around the engine during start-up or while
running may result in contusions and burns
5 Start engine immediately after installing
nozzle holder combinations (1) and run
Identify the nozzle holder combination in AR07.03-W-6831G
the upper area of the nozzle holder to the
cylinder.
Pay attention to operating instructions of *WE58.40-Z-1001-13A
equipment manufacturer.
Thin the cleaner in the ratio of 1:2 with *BR00.45-Z-1033-04A
water (0.5 l cleaner and 1.0 l water). Fill
basin up to the marking (quantity about 1.5
liters).
Pay attention to safety precautions of
equipment manufacturer.
The nozzle holder combinations must be
reinstalled immediately in the same engine
(max. 3 to 4 hours) after cleaning.
Failure to observe this instruction will render
the nozzle holder combinations
unserviceable as a result of corrosion
(nozzle needle jams). This can result in
engine damage when the engine is started.

Pay attention to markings on nozzle AR07.03-W-6831G
holder.
Secure vehicle to prevent it moving off. AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
Wear closed and close-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.
Crank engine with starter for no more
than 20 seconds. Wait at least for about 2
minutes before repeating attempt at starting.
