SUGGESTIONS
1. I would suggest that organization has to take some initiatives to improve to level of
awareness of labour welfare scheme offered by the organization.
2. I would suggest that management should provided conducive atmosphere to respondents
in the organization.
3. I would like to suggest that the organisation should provide fair payment for all the
employees working in the organisation for the overtime work.
CONCLUSION
It was great experience doing the project in this concern, and doing the project on
employee benefits and services is real worth. It seems that the employee benefits services of
this organization are quite good, salary and wages is good compare to other industry,
management – employee relationship is quite decent, facilities provided for labours and
employees also satisfactory.
