Notwithstanding the above, the Food Partner shall be liable for any claims arising
therefrom.

terminated without notice and Food Partner will be blacklisted.

However, the Parties agree that the SOW shall not stand terminated in the event such
aforementioned cash receipt is due to an error in the HungerBox’s POS and order
placement mechanism. Food Partner agrees in case of such an error in the
HungerBox’s POS and order placement mechanism, the Food Partner shall promptly
inform the site manager present at the site. In the absence of a site manager in the
above scenario, the Food Partner shall submit a detailed written report of the incident
to HungerBox, which will be further scrutinized.
On scrutiny by HungerBox, the SOW will be terminated in the first instance itself.
However, Parties agree that the SOW shall not stand terminated in the event such
aforementioned rejection is due to a reason beyond the reasonable control of the Food
Partner and/or if there is an error in the Hunger Box’s POS and order placement
mechanism. The Food Partner agrees in case of such an error in the Hunger Box’s POS
