If commercials are agreed in percentage, the same shall be computed on total food sales inclusive of GST (GMV) and the same shall be computed on monthly basis.

2. Food & Beverage Rate Quoted for offer by Food Partner in accordance with Clause 4.2 of GTC
2.1. Standard Veg Meal Rates – Where all secondary cost at the Client premises, are borne by the Client:
