الملخص
ھدفت ھذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن العالقة االرتباطية بين المناخ المدرسي وجودة التعليم في المدارس
والكشف عن وجود فروق في درجات المناخ المدرسي وجودة التعليم تعزى إلى المسمى الوظيفي،االبتدائية
تم جمع البيانات من. حيث تم تطبيق مقياسين للمناخ المدرسي وجودة التعليم من إعداد الباحث،()مدير وأستاذ
سنة39.88 مديرا واستاذا يزاولون مھامه في المدارس االبتدائية بوالية مستغانم بلغ متوسط أعمارھم200
أسفرت النتائج على وجود عالقة ارتباطية قوية موجبة ودالة إحصائيا بين. سنة8.274 وانحراف معياري
وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في درجات المناخ،المناخ المدرسي وجودة التعليم في المدارس االبتدائية
(المدرسي وجودة التعليم تعزى إلى المسمى الوظيفي )مدير وأستاذ
This study aimed to investigate the correlational relationship between school climate and the quality of
education in primary schools, and to identify differences in school climate and the quality of education
attributed to job title (principal and teacher). Two scales for school climate and quality of education,
developed by the researcher, were administered. Data was collected from 200 principals and teachers who
were serving in primary schools in Mostaganem province, with an average age of 39.88 year and a standard
deviation of 8.274 year. The results revealed a strong positive, and significant correlational relationship
between school climate and the quality of education in primary schools. In addition there were no
statistically significant differences in the scores of school climate and quality of education attributed to job
title (principal and teacher).
