Emails & Calendar Invites
• You were sent an email with details on what to expect for Go-
Live and specific information and asked to ensure that your DTX – Capture Intraoral Images Quick Start Card
Team Members are accurately listed in WorkDay- this comes

Note: A trainer will not be on site for this deployment and your office will be required to self-train using the materials provided to you.

OM Checklist
 Make note of your date and let your team know
Change will occur at midnight the night before and you will see the change when
you come in
 Ensure your team completes their modules in PDSU
 DA Workflow
 Clinician Workflow
Prepare for the Go Live Day
Print out Quick Start Card/s
Leave all PC’s, Pano or CBCT machine on the night before
 Place the Quick Start cards by the X-ray capture stations the day before Go-Live
Jump on the Go Live RC line for ANY issues and workflow help if needed
 Keep “image schedule” light, if possible, for Go Live Day
Make sure the "lead person" gets in early and does the checklist prior to opening to report any
issues to us ASAP
Try to not schedule new patients or patients needing x-rays or CBCTs too heavily for the first few
hours to allow the DAs a chance to get the hang of the new workflow

Lead Person Morning Of Checklist
 Take a Pano/X-ray by following the Quick Start
 Go to Epic- Open a test Patient, click on Treatment Plan
 Click on the DTX Clinic Icon to launch capture
 Follow the Quick Start Card instructions to take a test Xray/IO/Pano
 Report ANY ISSUES to the Help Line ASAP
 Check each OP/FO/BO PC to ensure that DTX Clinic Launches
 Report any issues by sharing the PC host name to the Help Line ASAP
Have the Doctors log into their PCs and Click on DTX Clinic to ensure it
launches
Report any issues by sharing the PC Host name to the help Line ASAP
Practice the workflow on a test patient until you feel confident .
Re-watch videos/modules if you need more help or reach out to the Help
Line with Questions

The HELP LINE will be Available on the DAY of your Go-Live- After that
you’ll need to call IT Service Desk

Sharing/Receiving CBCT Scans-PDS Offices
• An office that needs a CBCT from your office will need
to Order the CBCT in Epic- make sure they clarify in the
notes any special instructions for the CBCT to ensure
the is image captured as the ordering clinician would
like it to be.
• Complete the CBCT and charge the patient the approved
price
• Please make sure that when preparing the CBCT
Spreadsheet requested by the CBCT team you
remember to share what offices you'll need to share
with- this will not work if the connections are not set
up-
• If you need to ADD any offices- put in a ticket
• CBCT trainers will instruct you on how to share CBCTS with
other offices during your training
• When sending your CBCTS make sure the other office
received your CBCT and reach out to us if you have any
issues.

Sharing a CBCT Scan with a NON-PDS
Office
• Follow the How to share Images via email
• Requester must use the same email you send to
for their free DTX Go account
• They will receive the images via an email with a
QR Code and view them in DTX go
• Export DTX CBCT and Share via USB, BOX, or
CD/DVD media
• Your instructor will how you how to do this (CBCT
deployment offices only)
• We do not recommend this way-emailing is best
