Go to Help → Support Desk → Logger Settings and set as below:
Business Information Level: Errors, Warnings and Information
System Information Level: Errors, Warnings and Information
In case any errors occur, such as 'Cannot save', please log on again to SAP Business One client and choose Run as administrator.
How to Enable Performance Log Settings for SAP Business One
1. Go to SAP Business One log folder %programfiles%\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf.
2. Open the b1LogConfig.xml file.
3. Modify the settings as per image below. <Components Sys="1" Sql="1" Tr="0" Genl="1" StkTol="0" Upg="0" Perf="1">
4. Re-open SAP Business One client.
How to Manually Configure Options
In some exceptional cases, if a user cannot configure the log file settings from SAP Business One client (for example, if the
application throws an unhandled exception after login), you can update the configuration file manually to enabled detailed logging.
Configuration file is stored in %programfiles%\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf\b1LogConfig.xml.
Go to SAP Business One log folder %programfiles%\SAP\SAP Business One\Conf
Open the b1LogConfig.xml file.
Modify the settings as per image below. <Severities Note="1" Warn="1" Err="1" CritErr="1" BeProt="1" AditFail="1">
Re-open SAP Business One client
