Troubleshooting to engine hunting & Black smoke appear. Machine Name plate

Symptom

Hydraulic function all attachment release operation at appear the engine rpm drop
the nearly 1850 to nearly 1200. Andthen, appear engine black smoke.

Reason
Hour Meter
Firstly, inspected the machine condition.
-Checking the air cleaner
-Checking the fuel filter & fuel line.
-Checking the engine wireharness all socket at lossing condition.
-Checking the turbocharger
-Checking CAC
-Checking the injector

Action

Hydraulic function operate at engine black smoke apper & Engine rpm drop the nearly 1850 to nearly 1200.Therefore, we
check the air cleaner, fuel filter&fuel line,Engine wireharness all socket lose condition and turbo charger.We found the
turbocharger shaft abnormal.Therefore, DMOT the turbo and check the turbo shaft clearance.This part is damage.
Then we remounted the turbocharger and air cleaner new change.Checking the turbo engine oil pressure line. All function is
ok.Machine test run is ok.
