Combine operation Boom function abnormal Machine Name plate

Symptom

Boom function was slow .

Combine operation boom function was slow .
All attachment was slow. Delivery pressure abnormal.
Pump flow was abnormal.

Firstly attachment function slow problem cause of torque control solenoid valve did not work.
Pump 1 & 2 delivery pressure wasn't normal condition cause of the delivery pressure sensor was damaged.
Combine operation boom function slow problem cause of boom flow rate control valve spool spring and arm2 flow rate
control valve spool spring was wrong assembly.

Action

Firstly we checked torque control solenoid and max pump 2 flow rate control solenoid .And we found solenoid valve seal
was damaged .So we replaced new one .And we checked 3spools solenoid SC,SF,SI and SG. And then we tested run the
machine .Attachment function slow problem was OK. But boom function was still slow. So we checked boom anti-drift valve
and arm anti-drift valve .At the same time we checked boom flow rate control valve and arm 2 flow rate control valve .We
found wrong assembly boom spool spring and arm2 spool spring .So we installed normal condition .And we tested run the
machine .Boom function slow problem was OK. And combine function abnormal problem was ok.
We replaced new delivery pressure sensor .And we replaced new torque control solenoid and new max pump 2 flow rate
control solenoid .And then we changed boom flow rate control valve spring and arm 2 flow rate control valve spring .And
we tested run the machine .It was all OK.
