Symptom

When we tested run the machine with load but machine was grain tank buzzer abnormal,
work light function abnormal.

This problem can be caused by the following facts,
1.Fuse damage
2.Alarm controller damage
3.work light relay damage
4.Grain tank buzzer abnormal
5.Wire socket burn (or) Lossen
6.Work light bulb damage
7.Wire group ground loosen
8.Work light switch damage

Action

Our service team is inspected the machine condition.Firstly we checked the fuse condition and we found that alarm fuse
(20A)damage.We change the new one and tested run the grain buzzer function.It was ok. And then,we cheked the work
light wire group and work light fuse Fu12(20A),Fu9(15A),Fu3(15A)condition.We found that fuse box socket burn and work
light fuse demage.So,we checked the work light socket of wire group.We found that water have in work light socket.We
clean it socket and checked the other wire socket.Some socket is burned.So we repaired it and tested run the machine with
load and work light function.All was ok.
