3. Detailed information
1) Phenomenon
- One of dealer reported machine doesn’t drive properly and display error code LM211 STALL ROTOR.
When dealer check LH and RH drive motor encoder(Speed sensor), they found that LH side encoder had strange
feedback.
- As you see in left picture, Left controller show us
Frequency 2.0hz and Measured speed -0.1HZ with Motor
voltage 14%
- However Right controller show us Frequency 14.6hz and
Measured speed 13.8hz with 9%
- It means Left motor is binding by something or Encoder
has problem.

2) What is the 211 STALL ROTOR?

- The error code will be generated when traction rotor is not rotating properly even controller give order to motor
- Or in case motor encoder doesn’t give proper feedback to controller

3) What is difference in this problem case??
- Dealer replaced Motor encoder but there was no change.
- Dealer swapped LH and RH motor for test but there was no change.
- During the harness checking, they found harness damage and we confirmed feedback from Encoder was strange
because of this harness damage.
- Dealer replaced Encoder and repaired harness. Then problem was solved.

4) HCE recommendation
- In case, 211 error code is not solved by Encoder and motor checking, try to check harness from Encoder to
controller. Especially below hidden harness by other parts.
