Input Voltage is Coming then need to replace Main
Board If Voltage is not coming then change the Power

5 No Power 1. Main Board Fault :-

 Check input Voltage at main capacitor location no.
ES1. Voltage should be Dc 250V. If voltage not
coming then need to check following parts Fuse
,Bridge Diode, Line filter coil, NTC & VDR,

 If Dc voltage is coming 250V. At main capacitor then

need to check following points.
1. DC 12V. Should come at Diode location no.DS9

2. DC 5V. Should come at coil location no.LP1

3. DC 15V. Should come at Diode location no.US1

(if 15V. Is not coming then need to change
switching IC location no.US1,upto coupler location
no. US2 and US3)

6 Stand by 1. Control Pcb Fault :-

 Micro switch should not be stuck
 Connector wire should Lock Properly
 Remove the connector wire from Control Panel PCB
& Check the unit with Remote Control if Unit is On
then we have to replace the Control Panel pcb.

2. Display Panel Fault.

 Remove the LVDS cable from Panel Then check the
Unit through Remote control If Backlight will glow
then Need to change the Display Panel.
 Check 12V supply at the point of Fuse.

7 Stand by 1. Main Board Fault :-

 Check 3.3V. at regulator ic Location no.UP3

 Check 3.3V at Eprome IC Location no.UM2

 Check 1.2V. at coil Location no.LP2

 Check 1.8V. at Regulator IC location no.UP4

 If above voltage is coming then main IC need to be

change

8 No Sound, 1. Check the Input source Properly Like AV, HDMI &
Video OK USB
2. Check the Speaker connector wire, It should be
Proper Lock with Main board Jack
3. Speaker Impedance to be check through
Multimeter, Impedance should be come 8 Ohm, If
Impedance is not coming 8 ohm then change the
Speaker

4. After checking all the above Point if Audio is not
working then change the Main Board

9 No Sound, 1. Main Board Fault :-

Video OK  Check 12V. at Sound IC pin no.8 location no UA1.

 Check 10 Ohm resistance across to 12V. Main supply

 Check output coil location no. BA1,BA2,BA3 and BA4
output Voltage should be 6V.

10 No Video, 1. Check the Input source Properly Like AV, HDMI & USB
Sound OK 2. Check the LVDS Cable it should be Lock Properly with Panel
PCB
3. Check the Backlight, It is glowing or not

If Back Light Glowing Properly then check the below points

 Clean the LVDS Cable through IP
 Check the Input Voltage at Panel PCB, It should be come 12
V, If 12V is not coming at the Panel PCB then check the LVDS
Hader (Main Board) out put Volatge-12V, If 12Volt is coming
at that point then change the LVDS Cable.
 If 12 Volt is not coming at LVDS Hader (Main Board) then
change the Main Board

If Back Light not Glowing Properly then check the below points
 Check the Backlight connector in Main Board, It should be
Lock properly with Main Board Hader
 Check the Backlight Voltage at Main Board Hader
 If Back Light Voltage is not coming at Main Board Hader then
change the Main Board
 If the Back light Voltage is coming then Need to change the
Panel

11 No Video, 1. Main Board Fault :-

Sound OK
> If back light not on Check the following voltages.
1. Check 24V at Diode location no DS7,DS8.If 24V is not
coming then need to check Diode DS7&8 and
Moshphet location no.QB1
2. Check 68V at back light header location no.JB1. If
voltage is not coming then check following
component (Coil LB1, IC UB1, Diode DB1,)

> If back light on Check the following voltages.

1. Check LVDS connector.
2. Check 12V. At LVDS header location no. JL1 if voltage
is not coming then check follows transistor no
WYG7W.
3. Check 12V. At Display panel pcb if voltage is coming
and LVDS connector wire is ok then need to change
Display panel.

12 Remote 1. Check the Remote control

Control Not  Press the Remote control button in front of Mobile phone
working Camera, if Remote control sensor is blinking then Remote
control is ok
 If Sensor not blinking then check the Remote Battery
 After changing then Battery if Remote control is not working
then change the Remote
 If Remote sensor is working then check the IR Pcb in put
Voltage@ 5 VDC
 Remove the control Panel PCB connector wire & check the
Remote control working or not
2. After doing above point if Remote control not working then
change the IR PCB
3. After changing IR PCB if Remote not working then change
the Main board

Please follow below steps for screen mirroring operation 1
1.Press m.cast key in remote control then pic no.1 will appear at
your screen.
2.Switch ON wireless display though remote control navigation
key
3.Open wireless display application in your handset then Smart TV
name should appear in your mobile phone please select Smart TV
in your handset then Pic no.3 will appear 3 4
4.After connect your Smart TV with mobile phone then pic no.5
will be appear.

 Select the Wireless connection through Navigation key &
switch On Wi-Fi
 Wi-Fi name will be appear in your TV screen then select the
same, If Wi-Fi is Password protected then need to write the
Password in your TV
 Save the same After doing above process. Then Ethernet will
start
