To share about the changlin compactor can’t move which used to happen that machines?

Failure/Problem
Rear Drive Motor.

Symptom
Machine can’t move in both forward and backward direction. Abnormal noise from rear drives motor.

History
Another Changlin Compactor in YZK 14HD model also happened same problem related with rear drive
motor.

Cause & analysis

Heavy load (Long Working Hour) effect on machine and also material weakness.

Action
Check the engine oil, coolant and hydraulic oil level. And then, test run the machine and found that machine
can’t move in both forward and backward direction and also abnormal noise from rear drive motor. So, we
check hydraulic return and drain filters for any iron pieces. After that, check also in crown oil and gear box
oil for any iron pieces. There were no iron pieces. So, finally we dismount the rear drive motor for
inspection. Found that drive motor output shaft spline was worn. The result was power can’t transmit from
drive motor to rear axle. Replace the new drive motor and test run the machine was ok.
