-DSE 560 module display problem.
Failure/Problem

-When engine running after 5-minutes, shut down with low voltage alarm.

Symptom

-When gen-set engine running, DSE 560 module screen show L1-N=230V, L2-N=231V, L3-N=230V. But
with load L3-N voltage was drop to 180V and engine shutdown.
-Measure line voltage from DSE 560 module input L1-N=230V, L2-N=231V, L3-N=230V, output voltage at
circuit breaker were same as input voltage and not change with load.

History
-Now this module was 7032SMR.

Cause & analysis

-This problem was DSE 560 module malfunction, but we found that one of AVR sensing wire cover was
damage and grounding.

Action

We repaired AVR sensing wire, changed DSE 560 module and tested run the engine. Measurement of line
voltage at all point was same with DSE 560 module display voltage and no changes with load.
