3. Warranty and service

Warranty period is 12months from the date of delivery on the B/L of shipping. The Part which is damaged due to quality
defect during the warranty period, we guarantee to repair or exchange.

Any repair beyond the warranty period will be only charged the basic cost of spare parts or machining.

4. Training & Installation

Turn will depute engineer to client factory after receipt of confirmation from client that the machines arrive at site and civil
works get ready for installation. The client should pay engineer salary USD120/day/person. In usual case, training and
installation service should be no longer than 12 days.
Engineer's air ticket and accommodation in the buyer's country of the engineer will be covered by the buyer.
Since pandemic, visual training and installation on line is applied.

5.Remark

Above quotation valid time is one month. Turn reserves the right to change the components brand with equivalent quality.

Turn servo motor injection machine use the high-performance servo driver control system, having the characteristics as follow:
A1.Clamping Unit of molding machine

toggle system ensures high rigidity and precision for mold clamping and also reducing stress and stain effects.
