Step #1 - Mindset
*Some Points Are General, Some Are YouTube Specific*
● Remember/Figure Out Your WHY
○ Is money a real WHY? (depends how you look at it)
● Shiny Object Syndrome - The Fastest Way To Fail
○ Think Long-Term (get rich quick doesn’t exist)
● Dealing with Hate Comments
● Dealing with Criticism (friends, family, etc)
● Get Over Your Fear of Posting
● THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS TO SUCCESS
○ You have to just work hard and not give up
○ Buying views/subs and sub 4 sub is bad

Step #2 - Strategy
● Why use YouTube?
○ Your videos last for months & years
○ It builds the know, like, and trust factor the fastest
○ Video is just the future
● What is Affiliate Marketing?
● But WHY with YouTube? (& WHY Legendary is the BEST)
○ You can do the “Simple Strategy” (this really only works
on YouTube and is how I WISH I started) LESS is MORE
○ Instead… you can leverage LM’s tools and just focus on
CREATING CONTENT and be WAY more productive
○ After you start making money, then get them

Step #3 - Preparing
● Does Quality Matter?
○ Yes/No - my setup cost less than $300 and I have 36k
subscribers… $50 webcam, $30 DIY lights, $120 USB
microphone (ya just gotta know how to set it up)
○ So you DON’T need a 4k camera or crazy expensive gear
just to get started - that’s a common excuse.
Step #4 - Starting
● Picking a Niche
○ This strategy is in the MMO niche
● Create Your Channel
○ Decide: Personal name or Pen name/Business name
○ Create a NEW gmail account (use this only for YT)
● Enable The Correct Settings
○ MAKE SURE TO VERIFY ACCOUNT
● Decide on an Upload Schedule (IMPORTANT)
○ **I suggest creating a months worth of content before
uploading your first video - easier to stay consistent

Step #5 - Setting Up
● Setting Up A.V.L. + B (audio, video, lighting + background)
○ Get your microphone close to your mouth (6”-10” is good)
○ Position camera without a ton of space above you
○ 3-point lighting setup is the “norm” but lighting alone can
be an hour long topic - I’ll show examples on the next slide
○ Make sure your background has LIGHT (this is KEY)
■ Let me show you an example of my BG with & without

Step #6 - Planning
● Getting Unlimited Video Ideas
○ Model Success
○ MorningFame (this tool is KEY for my business)
○ YouTube/Google ABC Method
○ Answer The Public (now is a paid tool & limits your search
to ONE but any VPN can let you get past that very easily)
■ Windscribe is what I use (it’s free)
■ I’ve heard good things about Nord Vpn but idk price

Step #7 - Creating
● How To Act on Camera?
○ Be YOU (try to not be super unenergetic & boring tho)
○ Hand movements do help
● Recording Videos The EASY Way
○ Look at script, read a line, look at camera, say the line, repeat
● How To Record Your Videos (recording in sections is easiest)
○ I suggest Camtasia (easiest)
○ OBS Studio (free)
● How To Edit Your Videos with Camtasia (free video on the doc)
○ This is just what I use but you can use iMovie if you’re an
apple user - but I don’t have any experience with that
● Export & Upload The Video (this is where MorningFame shines)

Step #8 - Promote
● TikTok is Best
○ Get Legendary’s 15 Second Free Leads
○ Follow that training
○ Then make short versions of each YouTube video and upload
it to TikTok - have CTA at end sending them to the full video
○ Then just Rinse & Repeat the process over an extended
period of time and DON’T GIVE UP!
