2. PDF format of official email/ disha file approval of respective controlling officer & Concerned L2 (for NEBOSH) & L1 (for IOSH & IOGC) has to be
attached in google form for registration.
3. Training material and Invitation link for participation in the training program will be sent to selected individual’s e-mails once confirmed.
4. The training feedback form will be shared at the end of the training program.
5. Training Certificate by NEBOSH/ IOSH will be issued to only those participants who have successfully attend all sessions and pass the Exam and
submitted training feedback form.
