What are your health and fitness-related goals for the course? Set at least three
different goals, explain why you chose them, list any obstacles you may face
before reaching them, and include any other comments you may have about each
goal.

1. To at least run 10 miles because i want to be albe to run father some obstacles I may face are like
giving up because I'm not good at running.

2. To be able to do a push-up's the right way because I have never been able to do it the right way some
obstacles I may face are not giving myself the chance to try and do it right because I fear that I will fail.

3. I want to perform hip stretches specific five times per week measurable & realistically attainable to
improve my ability to stand at work relevant for the next six weeks time-based.

Now, create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Fill in the charts
below, using the FITT model to make a plan for all three fitness components.
