Y O U A R E T H E O P E R A N T P O W E R

The beliefs we have about ourselves reflect our reality and how other people view us, especially in
relationships. The people in your life are what you view them to be. You first need to look and them
differently before they will objectively change. You need to view them as you desire them to be, you must
hear what you want to hear, you must see the good in them first. In this workshop, we will go over the
EXACT formula on how to implement this as well as let go of your old identity & create a new one
through self-concept work.

The universe does not give you what you want it gives you who you ARE. You are creating every
experience in your life based on who you are being in that present moment. The moment you change,
everybody around you will change too. To change the way your SP views you and ultimately change the
story of your relationships for good, you need to make changes in your self-concept.

Self-concept is the way that you view yourself, it is everything that you accept to be true about yourself.

Example: when you change your self-concept from somebody who always attracts cheaters, to now
identifying as somebody who only attracts amazing partners who are willing to do anything for them,
you are now creating a new reality for yourself that will harden into fact.

When it comes to manifesting an SP you are the main focus, not the specific person, the moment to start
to focus on your specific person and their own beliefs of you, you are giving your power away. You have
the ability to reinvent yourself and choose to show up as that new identity, your specific person will begin
you view you as that new identity and show up as the partner that you desire them to be. You will see
the biggest shift in your relationship and how you are treated by others once you begin to show up as
the new version of yourself.

Before we go into it, it does NOT matter if it's been 10 years since you spoke to your SP, it doesn't matter
if they blocked you, it doesn't matter if they said they don't want to be with you anymore and want to
move on. Nothing is ever set in place, things are constantly changing in the quantum field by the second
when you shift your self-concept and continue to live as though you already have your manifestation the
circumstances will change themselves it is spiritual law.

How people show up for you is based on what you believe and feel about yourself along with what you
dominantly expect that person to do. When you change your self-concept the people around you will
change. Once you change your identity, your outside world will shift to match the new identity you have
created. Everyone is you pushed out: this means that everyone around you reflects back your assumptions
of yourself and them. When you’re constantly thinking about how much that person loves you, they get
that thought as if it was their own each time. No matter what, your specific person is always reflecting on
what you believe to be true about yourself.

For example, if your dominant assumptions about yourself in relationships are "I always get cheated on, it
is so hard to find a partner, they always lose interest after a certain period, it is too late for me to find
somebody" etc...

You will continue to unconsciously manifest those exact experiences and attract people who will make
those dominant assumptions real.

When you’re constantly thinking about how much that person loves you, they get that thought as if it was
their own each time.

Persisting in that thought causes them to begin having those same thoughts of you. Whether you see
physical evidence of it or not, they’re receiving your thoughts.

Test it for yourself. The subconscious mind is extremely powerful and you may be surprised at just how real
that is. So keep affirming. Keep persisting. They are getting each and every thought that you think of them.
They are thinking about you too, and the more you think about it the more they are too.

Free will is a spiritual law. When manifesting a specific person you are in no way "controlling" them to
get a specific outcome from them. You are simply shifting your focus on yourself and becoming a
conscious creator in your reality, understand that your thoughts and assumptions are what shape your
relationships.

If you believe that you are unworthy of love, whether you’re conscious of this belief or not, it doesn’t
matter. You will constantly and unconsciously attract people into your life who will reaffirm this belief.

The law of thought transmission is the concept that the thoughts you are thinking about yourself and other
people are shaping your connection with them.

Your thoughts are being transmitted into their mind. So if you are constantly thinking negative things about
yourself and or that person on a level of consciousness, they are hearing your thoughts.

When you’re thinking that someone feels a certain way about you, they will.
That means when you are constantly thinking and telling yourself that you are a loving individual, everybody
wants to be with you, and you are beautiful, they will begin to think the same way about you.

For example, I'm sure you have had an experience where you were thinking of something or a song is stuck in
your mind and suddenly that other person starts saying or singing that exact same thing- that’s thought
transmission.

Another example, is you may affirm "Dylan is always thinking about me" that individual would get the message
and go "I wonder what that person is up to?" you may not see it but people receive your affirmations
immediately.

People in our lives are constantly mirroring the way we think and feel about ourselves.

Example: if you are in a relationship and your partner stopped putting in effort, what are your dominant
assumptions about this individual? Your assumptions about this person might be that they are careless, they
are not a good partner etc. Your dominant assumptions about an individual will always prove to be true

If you want your SP to change you need to start telling yourself the new story of how they changed and are
now an amazing partner.

If you want your SP to view you as attractive, smart, independent, and valuable, you must think of yourself that
way first! In order to change the way we think about ourselves we must do the identity transformation work.
Understand that if you want somebody to think a certain way about you, you must think about yourself that
way first.

Tonight grab your journal and answer the following questions to better understand your current
self-concept along with determining limiting beliefs that you currently have about yourself in
relationships. By understanding our current self-concept we are able to start thinking greater
than how we feel by tapping into a new identity/ self-concept.

What thoughts do I focus on most of the day? How am I currently feeling about my SP? How do I
think my SP views me? How do I want them to view me? How do I want to be treated in a
relationship? What are my boundaries in relationships? What are things that make me feel
insecure in relationships? Do I carry any fears or doubts about relationships from previous
relationships? Do I feel like I can trust when it comes to relationships? What is one thing about
myself I want to work on when it comes to relationships? What are my fears when it comes to
relationships? Do I believe I can have everything I desire in a relationship? Do I believe I can have
anyone I desire? Am I constantly checking their social media? Do I hold any grudges toward my
SP?

The reason why a lot of people won't become who they want is because they are too attached to who they
have been. When your old identity is no longer serving you, you have the ability to create a new one that is
aligned with your goals. The 2.0 version of you who is in their dream relationship likely thinks and views
themselves differently than the version of you today... let's create and tap into the energy of your higher
self. From here on out you are replacing your old identity with the new identity you have created for
yourself!

How does this new version view themselves when it comes to love? What type of treatment does this new
version only settle for? What boundaries does this new version have? How does the best version of myself
prioritize themself? How does the best version of me act? What dominant beliefs does the new version have?
How do others talk to you? How do others text you? How do people talk about you? How confident is this new
version of you? What habits do they have? What does their SP do for them?

Write down 10 to 15 reasons why your SP should be obsessing and in love with you. Why are they so
lucky to have you? What are things about yourself that your SP just can't get enough of? What
makes you one of a kind? The goal of this exercise is to feel good and realize how special you are
and understand that loving yourself will make you a magnet for love. Remind yourself why you are
special. Remember that the way you view yourself your SP will think and view you the same way
through the law of thought transmission, it is all up to you on how you want them to view/ treat you.

In the next 24 hours filter thoughts and the conversations going through your mind. Are you
mostly thinking of already having your manifestation or are you constantly thinking about how it
will happen and having worry or doubts?

All day your goal is to repeat words and affirmations out loud or in your mind that affirm your
desire. All day think "I can have whatever I want" "I manifest instantly", "things are always
working out for me." This will completely shift your self-concept and begin to see the words of
affirmation become true in your reality!

Examples of a Poor Mental Diet & a Good Mental Diet:

"What if, it doesn't work, or maybe he found somebody else"

"I am a loved individual, I always get what I want, my SP can't get enough of me, and I am
viewed as a high-value individual"

As soon as you notice your inner thoughts telling you a negative story, replace them with your
new set of beliefs that you created in the transforming self-concept exercise. For the next 30 days
start to become aware of the thoughts going through you're mind on a daily basis, train your
mind from now on you can no longer say;

"I can't have"


"I am not good enough"
"what if there is a 3rd party"
"it is hard"

And replace them with:

"I can have anyone I desire"


"I am in love with myself"
"I don't care about 3D circumstances
"I attract love effortlessly"

The more aware you become of your thoughts and filter them with the NEW story, you are
programming your subconscious mind into creating a new outcome for yourself.

R E P E T I T I O N

Repetition is the key to manifestation and impressing the subconscious mind, the more you fill your
mind with the new story, you program your subconscious into creating it into your reality. It is a well-
known fact that whatever one repeats to themselves, whether it is a true or false statement will
eventually be accepted as truth.

"For an assumption though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact." Neville Goddard

Even if your affirmation feels like you are lying to yourself at first, eventually your mind will begin to
accept it as true the more you re-affirm. No matter the circumstances the affirmations your repeat
daily will become your reality.

The First Step is to Create 3 Affirmations That Make You FEEL GOOD.

I will provide you with a list of affirmations you may pick 3 that you resonate most with or you can
create your own.

**Make sure that your affirmations are based on your self-concept, you can include another
individual in your affirmations but create them in a way that the focus is you and not your SP. Ex:
instead of saying "Dylan is always thinking about me" say "I am always on Dylan's mind because I
am so magnetic."

You can add more affirmations into your daily routine but stay committed to the 3 affirmations you
choose to repeat for the next 30 days. The shorter the affirmation the easier it is for you to
remember and repeat.

The words you speak out loud to yourself is like placing an order to the universe to receive exactly
what you desire. Speak your new story into existence!

Repeating your affirmations in the mirror will rapidly increase your confidence and ultimately help
you embody your new self-concept. Each morning when getting ready in the mirror say your three
affirmations (say each affirmation three times) and at night when brushing your teeth. The goal is to
FEEL the affirmations when you are saying it out loud in the mirror embody the affirmations feeling
as if you are telling yourself the new story.

It's natural for people to fall in love with me

Love comes so naturally to be

I am everybody's dream person

The moment somebody meets me they cannot stop thinking about me

The more love I have for myself the more love comes into my life

I only attract people into my life who are for my highest good

I am a high-value individual

I am in the healthiest and happiest relationship I have ever been in

My SP gives me endless love

I love how effortlessly I manifest things into my life

It feels so good knowing my sp is in love with me

I don't need to lift a finger, my sp will come to me

I don't chase I attract

I always get what I want because that's just the way it is

Every person I meet can't get enough of me

I am confident af

My SP shows up exactly how I want them to be

My SP is a whole different person

My SP only prioritizes me

My sp makes time for me and only me

I am in the happiest relationship I've ever been in

If you find yourself reacting to the 3D or asking what-ifs your self-concept is not in alignment, it means you
don't believe you can get what you want, you're feeling intimidated. When you are reacting you need to self-
regulate by calming your nervous system (breathwork & EFT tapping) and re-affirming your new
self-concept and letting go of your old one.

For example, if your SP says they don't want a relationship with you and they say they don't plan on
changing their mind, you do not have to accept that and give up persisting. Be confident with yourself and
KNOW that they will change their mind because it's you, sit with the assumption that of course they want
you and they will it is just a matter of time. The more detached you are from any circumstances and instead
trusting yourself and KNOWING that you will get it, it will fall into your lap.

When you catch yourself spiralling and reacting to the 3D, turn inward and focus on your self-concept,
entertain the thoughts that align with your desire. If it is necessary, block the certain individual and stop
checking the 3D for movement until you have spent enough time working on your new self-concept to the
point that you are no longer triggered by that individual or any circumstances.

The more you can sit back and relax and know that as long as you don't react to circumstances and
continue to re-affirm the story that you DO want, the 3D will shift itself.

Make it a daily practice to get excited and celebrate receiving manifestation. What would you do at this
moment if you got that text message, got asked on a date or got proposed to? How would you react?
Would you celebrate? What emotions would you be experiencing right now?

Exercise: Write down 4 emotions you would feel if you got your manifestation right in this very moment.
This step is essential because when you get clear on the experience you want, you are signalling to your
mind and body that it already happened. BY FEELING ELEVATED EMOTIONS YOU ARE CREATING
YOUR FUTURE BEFORE IT HAPPENS.

Living in the end state means there is no more lack or need for your manifestation because you are now
choosing to identify as the version of you that already HAS their wish fulfilled.

If you had a perfect romantic relationship, would you spend your days waiting for your SP to contact you?
No, you would be occupied with the loving relationship you are now in. All versions of you exist right now in
this present moment. In quantum physics, all versions of you are co-existing, which means there is already a
version of you that does have their dream relationship! Through practicing the end state you are bringing
yourself to that version that already has it.

Techniques such as affirmations, visualization, and feeling, will help you be in the end state. Throughout the
day, you just remind yourself "It's done." You have it. You are it. The problem is resolved. THERE IS
NOTHING MORE TO DO!

By doing the visualization or affirmation or feeling as if for a few minutes, you select that desirable reality you
want.
Then you live your life fully—knowing your desirable reality is selected even if you still see the "old negative"
reality.
You just remind yourself this is the old reality and now it is fading away because I have selected my desired
reality.

You don't need to constantly think or fight with your thoughts—every time you see old thoughts or old reality
haunting you, just remember, it is done.

For example, if your SP says they don't want a relationship with you and don't plan on changing their mind
you do not have to accept that and give up, be confident with yourself and KNOW that they will change their
mind because it's you, sit with the assumption that of course they want you and they will it is just a matter of
time. The more confident you are and have a good self-concept things will always work in your favour.

G R A T I T U D E

We attract what we focus on. When you focus on the GOOD in your life, the more good comes to you.
The more you focus on lack the more lack the universe will give. It’s like showing the universe, day in
and day out, what it should deliver.

Remember where your attention goes energy flows. When you focus on lack and not having
something the more the universe will bring you lack. The more grateful you are and focus on the
good in your life, the more the universe will bring good into your life.

When manifesting a specific person, start to show gratitude for all the love you have experienced in
your past. Think back to times you had special moments that made you feel love. Look in your day-to-
day life for moments you can be grateful for even just simply somebody holding a door open for you
or maybe taking you out on a date. The more gratitude you show for these things the more the
universe will give you more to be grateful about.

Gratitude should be an everyday practice, it will bring so much joy and opportunities into your life.
Stick to doing gratitude every day and you will see the biggest shift in your life.

When you practice saying gratitude for the things unmanifested you are emotionally signalling your
body that it has already happened. When you set a clear intention and say gratitude for it, you open
your heart and signal the emotion to your body that it already happened.

Your mind cannot tell the difference between what is real and what is being imagined. Gratitude is
one of the fastest ways to receive your manifestation.

D A I L Y G R A T I T U D E E X E R C I S E :

In a journal write down 5 things you are currently grateful for

Then write down 5 things you are currently manifesting in the form of gratitude

Example: "Thank you universe for the amazing relationship I am now in I am so grateful.

Dedicate this daily practice as a time for you to relax and connect with yourself. Feel free to listen to
music or a subliminal while you do this. You will start to feel an immense weight lifted off your
shoulders and begin to be in a feel-good state. Understand that you can not feel unhappiness and
worry when you are in a state of gratitude.

R E J E C T I N G T H E 3 D

To reject the 3D means to ignore the circumstances in your life, in order to change circumstances, you must
change what is happening within you.

Ex: your SP has you blocked on everything and you see them with a 3rd party, do not let this circumstance
stop you from getting your desire. The less you can react to your 3D the easier your manifestation will
come. In order to switch the 3D circumstances that are not working in your favour you have to be in a
relaxed state and then affirm the circumstance that you DO want. So instead of accepting that "he has me
blocked or there is a 3rd party" reject it! Simply say "I am rejecting this specific outcome." Affirm the new
story "Things are always changing I know that nothing is set in place, there is nothing interfering with my
manifestation."

When you catch yourself reacting to the 3D that is your sign that you need to regulate your nervous system
and do something that will put you back into an aligned state. When you are in a state of worry or stress
you are pushing away your desire so it's important to get back on track and be in a feel-good state.

N E R V O U S S Y S T E M R E G U L A T I O N

Your number one priority when it comes to manifesting is being stable with your emotions so
that when you do affirm and persist with your manifestation you don't feel any doubt or
resistance. Most of your intrusive and negative thoughts appear because your nervous system is
dysregulated. Regulating your nervous system is crucial because it helps your body get out of
fight or flight mode. Once you get rid of your resistance there is absolutely nothing getting in
your way. It is necessary to let go of any stress, resistance and doubts when it comes to
manifesting. Whenever you catch yourself spiralling into doubt and worry you need to regulate
your nervous system by doing any of these following techniques. When you are regulated your
manifestation comes effortlessly. The following methods are all great ways to calm the nervous
system when you are anxious or dealing with negative beliefs. **I recommend that you dedicate
5 minutes each day to regulate your nervous system.

Morning Routine:
For the next 30 days follow this daily manifesting routine, you will begin to see
movement shortly after implementing these steps and ultimately receive your
desire!

AFFIRMATIONS:
-When you first wake up in the morning repeat your affirmations in your mind.
**Pick 3 affirmations to say every day twice daily for the next 30 days. You can create your own
affirmations or use the ones I provided on day 2. Make sure that the affirmations you choose make you
feel an elevated emotion, a good indicator is when you say an affirmation and you feel a lot of
resistance towards it try to re-word it or find one that makes you feel good. The more you repeat these
the more you are reprogramming your beliefs! **Feel free to repeat these affirmations throughout the
day as well.!

Mirror Work: I highly recommend repeating your affirmations in the mirror. Whenever you get a
chance, while getting ready say your affirmations out loud in the mirror.

MEDITATION
-Listen to this meditation every morning when first you wake up. (Avoid checking social media for
the first 30 minutes when you wake up). You can use this laying or seated down like normal
mediations or you can listen to it while you are getting ready for your day.

GRATITUDE:
-Find 5-10 minutes each morning to write in your journal the 5 things you are currently grateful for and 5
things you are manifesting in the form of gratitude (ex:"I am so grateful now that I am in a loving
relationship") *this practice will change your life, the more grateful you are for what you have the more
the universe will give back to you 10 fold**

Night Routine:
For the next 30 days follow this daily manifesting routine, you will begin to see
movement shortly after implementing these steps and ultimately receive your desire!

SCRIPTING:
In a journal for 5-10 minutes every day script out the story of you living from the wish fulfilled. Be
specific too don't be afraid to tell your subconscious mind exactly what it is that you want. Ex: My SP is a
completely different person towards me now, they show me so much love and respect, and they are
willing to do anything for me. Today he surprised me with a bouquet of flowers and took me out on an
amazing date." Be creative with it, you can have anything you want in this life the more real it feels to
you the faster it will become a true hardened fact in your reality. After you script out the new story
visualize, and imagine seeing this play out as if you were watching a movie about your life.

**Feel free to listen to some music, light a candle and get cozy. Make this exercise a treat for yourself.

AFFIRMATIONS:

**Pick 3 affirmations to say every day twice daily for the next 30 days. You can create your own
affirmations or use the ones I provided on day 2. Make sure that the affirmations you choose make you
feel an elevated emotion, a good indicator is when you say an affirmation and you feel a lot of

*You can turn the volume down to the lowest volume, it is not required to clearly hear the affirmations,
your subconscious will still effectively hear the sleep track.**
