EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In general, the report of this E-commerce subject consists of six major main
chapters. Before going into the details, the author's report opens with a rough outline of
the ideas of the author's project. At the ideation section, the author looked at the clothing
shopping market, analyzed it, and consulted with colleagues to spark an initiative that has
not been applied by any businesses. After the idea part is chapter 1 of the report, in this
chapter, the author listed the difficulties as well as the current situation of the clothing
shopping market in Vietnam. Drawing from those difficulties, the author has grasped the
problem and then proposed measures that the start-up company Dress Me has brought to
overcome some of those difficulties.
Following chapter 1, the author goes to chapter 2 which is about biography as well
as an overview of Dress Me business. In this section, the author first gives a brief
introduction to Dress Me, then points out and states the mission and vision that Dress Me
brings to customers in this vibrant market. At the end of chapter 2 is the part where the
author presents the interface as well as describes how this online application works.
Chapter 3 is the section about market analysis. Here, the author has analyzed the SWOT
matrix to show more clearly about the characteristics of Dress Me businesses. Next is the
market research section, in this part the author sets out the project objectives to introduce
the research methods used in the topic of Dress Me enterprise. Then the author will open
a survey for customers through questions about the quality of shopping use on online
platforms, from which data can be collected and analyzed, observed from customer
survey data.
In chapter 4, the author points out the plans that businesses have used including
marketing plans and seamless organizational plans of related departments. Besides, the
author also explains and gives the meaning of the Dress Me company logo. Moving to
chapter 5 is a crucial part of this report. This is a chapter that delves into the modern,
advanced technologies that the author has used to create this business, applications,
supporting devices such as plugins, 3D scanners and from there talking about the need, as
well as the importance of these electronic aids. The last part of the report is chapter 6
which will be the most important section analyzing investment expenditures, in short, its
call finance. In the chapter related to money, the author has meticulously analyzed and
listed all the expenses and capital for the company, personnel and supporting equipment
that have built the Dress Me business.
PROJECT IDEA
In today's digital age, more and more consumers are turning to online shopping for
their clothing needs. With this in mind, a project idea for an online app focused on clothes
shopping could be an excellent opportunity for a start-up business. The app could offer a
wide variety of clothing options, ranging from everyday basics to high-end designer
pieces. Users could browse through different categories and filter their searches by size,
color, and style. The app could also have a feature that allows users to create a virtual
wardrobe and save their favorite items for future purchases.

To ensure customer satisfaction, the app could include features such as detailed
product descriptions and customer reviews. Additionally, the app could offer personalized
recommendations based on previous purchases and browsing history. To stand out from
competitors, the app could also include unique features such as virtual fitting rooms or
augmented reality try-on experiences. These features would allow customers to see how
different clothing items would look on them without having to physically try them on.

CHAPTER 1. MARKET SITUATION
1.1 The current problems and challenges
Shopping for clothes through an online platform is no longer strange to today's
young people in particular and the whole world in general. Hidden behind that are the
difficulties that customers often encounter, which are expressed by the following
consequences:
● Wasting time
When buying clothes online or on a certain social platform, the most difficult thing
is whether the customer himself or herself buys the right size of the clothes and therefore,
choosing between this size with another size. With a different measurement, it will waste
the customer's time without knowing if the outfit will fit the customer or not. Choosing
the wrong customer's measurements can be a waste of time because when the customer
buys the product, if the product does not fit their person because it is too wide or too
tight, it will take a lot of time to return the product and to incur additional costs
associated with it. This will be detrimental to both parties, because the supplier of the
product may be subject to a complaint or charge a fee if it advises the customer on the
wrong measurement.
● Limit the customer creativity
The second difficulty is the limitation of customer creativity. It can be observed
that, on most of the social platforms, there are many shops selling clothes in the way of a
whole set, but in that set, there will be things that customers want to separate to buy.
However, the fact that the set is separate to sell to customers is unfortunate that now very
few shops can let customers buy separately, so customers must be constrained to a set
type that has been designed or it will cost money to buy this whole set to get that set of
clothes and another set to get the other item, then combine them together to form an outfit
that the customer wants. As a result, this will lead customers to limit their creativity, like
having to follow a pattern but have no other choice because they can't buy retail.
● Lack of imagination
And the third difficulty is about the customer's imagination. For example, when
customers buy clothes, they can only aim and estimate through their imagination, but
customers do not know how they will see themselves when wearing the clothes that
according to their own measurements will be like in those clothes. There are shops that
sell clothes based on weight, but there are shops that sell based on body measurements.
However, in general, customers can only aim and guess, but without high accuracy, they
will have a medium set or a set that is too wide or too tight and they do not know how
themselves look whether it is beautiful or not. Whether it suits your body type or not.
This leads to the consequence that it will make the customer's purchase not go smoothly.
1.2 Business solutions
Based on those difficulties, the authors have launched an app that is to buy clothes
online on the Dressup game platform, which means that customers will experience the
game according to the character that customer can control adjusted to their body
measurements. The customer will then form on the game they just played and will
purchase the outfit they played in the Dress Me game.
● Save time
The first solution Dress Me brings is to save time for customers. Criteria and
purpose of the Dress Me app was born by serving the needs of customers to dress
fashionably, ensuring that customers will be able to wear their own favorite clothes that
also fit the desired measurements of the customer. When immersed in the game,
customers like to transform and join the fashion world. Here, customers can optionally
fill in all body measurements, from which the Dress Me application will create a
character according to the measurements that the customer has previously filled in. Thus,
Dress Me has solved the hesitation that customers always face in choosing the right size
of clothes for their body. Instead of spending too much time wondering about sizes, Dress
Me is now created to shorten and eliminate that wasted time with just one click.
● Entertainment
The next solution is to bring entertainment to customers. It can be clearly seen that
Dress Me is not only for customers to order and buy but also a place for customers to be
entertained through each section. In the news feed section, customers can refer to and
admire the outfits of other customers, or can also share with the community more about
the outfits by their own design. In the search engine section, customers can keep up with
the emerging fashion trends around the globe, and can also discover and understand more
about fashion knowledge through the news that Dress Me always updates everyday. In
the gaming section, customers are immersed in the world of clothes when they can wear
the costumes chosen by the customers themselves. Shopping in this new form not only
helps customers buy their favorite clothes, but also helps them relax after pressure
working hours.
● Omnichannel
Dress Me is also an online shopping platform with omnichannel. Here, Dress Me
not only opens on the app, but customers can find Dress Me through other social
platforms, namely Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. This is to help increase the
interaction between customers with Dress Me. In addition, Dress Me creates a cohesive,
seamless, personalized buying experience that makes interaction easy and consistent.
Being present in almost all major social networks is a great opportunity for Dress Me to
reach customers. Because customers do not want to be forced into complicated, outdated
methods of interaction when they need help, at Dress Me's FAQ and support section,
Dress Me created a chatbot that can help customers quickly.
● Tailor for each measurement
Customers choosing clothes that fit their body measurements has always been one
of the dilemmas. Understanding this problem, Dress Me has improved and offered the
optimal solution for customers by allowing customers to fill in their own body
measurements, from which Dress Me can analyze and provide a sketch map to build into
a 3D character corresponding to the measurements that the customer has provided to
Dress Me before. Being able to customize the measurements according to the customers
themselves will help customers feel like they are designing their own clothing form.
● Enhance customers creativity
As mentioned in the difficult part above, the way to shop for clothes online will
have more limitations for customers in terms of creativity. Instead of being constrained to
buy according to a pattern like online clothing stores often sell, now customers can freely
mix and match clothes according to their preferences, freely without worrying about
clothing sizes. Dress Me was born as a solution that can help customers not only relax
their mind but also create the style they want to aim for without being constrained and
limited in clothing measurements.
CHAPTER 2: BUSINESS OVERVIEW
2.1 Business introduction
Dress Me is an e-commerce fashion start-up and also an online app for clothes shopping
that is set to revolutionize the way people buy their clothes. Dress Me has created a
platform that offers a wide range of clothing options for men and women at affordable
prices. With the author's app, customers can easily navigate through the business
inventory and purchase their favorite clothing items from the convenience of their mobile
devices. Dress Me business is committed to providing customers with the latest fashion
trends from around the world. The business cooperates with a variety of famous branding
to ensure that Dress Me's customers get access to the best quality clothing items that are
in vogue. Dress Me app also offers easy payment options, fast shipping and hassle-free
returns to ensure that customers have a seamless shopping experience. It also has
implemented various features in the author app to enhance the customers shopping
experience. The author's app offers easy payment options, including cash on delivery, net
banking, and credit/debit card payments. Dress Me business also provided free shipping
for orders above a certain amount, making shopping in the business even more
convenient. In order to be able to support customers in the most dedicated way, Dress Me
opens operating hours that are suitable for customers' timelines, and Dress Me is also
open for business on weekdays: Monday to Friday – open from 09:00 to 18:00, and the
two weekends days are Saturday and Sunday – Dress Me will be open to support in the
time frame from 09:00 to 13:00. Not only that, Dress Me enterprise is also located with
customers in the central area of the facade in District 7 with the address of 19, Nguyen
Huu Tho street; This feature of Dress Me will be both easy for customers to find and
located in a rather busy location in Saigon, which will help customers have a more
comfortable and relaxing shopping atmosphere. Dress Me shopping app is the perfect
solution for anyone looking for trendy outfits at affordable prices, and ensuring that the
customers can find the perfect outfit with just a few clicks.

2.2 Mission and Vision


2.2.1 Mission
Dress Me's goal is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase they
make on our platform. For a fashion company like Dress Me, especially for a start-up
business, is to provide a seamless shopping experience to customers. The app should be
user-friendly, easy to navigate, and provide an extensive range of clothing options. The
ultimate goal of the app should be to make the customer feel comfortable while shopping
and offer them convenience that traditional brick-and-mortar stores cannot provide.
Besides understanding the sufferings of customers in choosing the right clothes size for
their body, Dress Me has a noble mission to help solve this unique concern. Dress Me
will also focus on providing personalized recommendations to customers based on their
preferences and purchase history. This feature will not only make the customer feel
valued but also increase the chances of repeat purchases. Additionally, the app should
offer multiple payment options to customers and ensure secure transactions.

2.2.2 Vision
The vision of Dress Me app as a start-up business is still a promising idea that can
revolutionize the fashion industry. With the increasing number of people who prefer
online shopping, having an app that caters to the needs of fashion-conscious individuals
is a wise move. Dress Me app can offer a wide range of clothing options that cater to
different styles, sizes, and budgets. The app can also provide a personalized shopping
experience by recommending outfits based on the user's preferences and search history,
and also help the customers to discover a new shopping method through a gaming
platform. In addition to the user experience, the Dressup business will also focus on
building a strong brand identity. The brand identity should communicate the values and
mission of the business, which can help build trust with customers. The start-up business
should also prioritize sustainability by offering eco-friendly and ethical clothing options.
This approach can appeal to consumers who value sustainability and ethical practices in
fashion.

2.3 Application description


In this section, the writers will describe the application interface in detail and
further explanation will be discussed further below.

To begin with, in order to be a customer or a member of the Dress Me application,
users must sign up for an account. Some of the important information would be necessary
such as first name, last name, email address, phone number will be filled in the blank in
the first interface shown above. On the other hand, if the users have already gotten an
account, therefore they will sign in by using their sign up email address and password.
The case in which they forget their password, they can click “forgot password” in order to
create a new one in the third interface shown above.

Next, after signing up for a dress me account, the users will be asked to provide
their avatar which practically will be similar to their real facade. This process will only be
done one first in the place and not required to do the second time unless the users want to
change anything about their virtual avatar. The process of making up this virtual avatar
can be automatedly done by 3D scanning or manually demonstrated in 3 steps. Initially,
the users will choose their gender which could be male or female. Next, is choosing the
avatar skin colors. Here, the application will provide the users a vast majority of skin
color from pale to dark skin tone. After this is picking the hair towards the hair styles and
skin colors.

After completing the process of creating the virtual avatar, the users will enter into
the mail interface of this application. The authors will demonstrate each function of this
application according to the toolbar at the end of the application. As can be seen from the
image, there are 5 functional buttons in the toolbar which are newsfeed, search engine,
gaming section, shopping cart and menu. To begin with in the news feed section, the
posts of other users about their outfits will be shown as a recommendation or inspiration
to the customers. This section will function identically like a social media platform. All
users can like, share and leave comments under any posts to show their opinion.
Next to the newsfeed button is a search engine button. Search engine is
compulsory in most applications because they are very usable and time saving and Dress
Me is not an exception. Here, the authors added some hashtags about most recent trends
around the world in order to recommend for the users. By clicking these hashtags, the
information and outfit references will be demonstrated to the customers. Additionally, the
authors were also adding the fashion news by some of the most reputative magazines like
Vogue for customers to update the trends.
Shopping cart is the fourth functional button that the authors added into the
toolbar. The shopping will briefly list out the products that customers chose with their
quantity, price and brand name.

In the menu section of the toolbar, the main information about the customers and
application will be listed out such as personal information, shipping details, about us,
help and contact us. Specifically, the personal information will illustrate the full name,
user ID, phone number, email, etc.

The shipping details will be divided into 3 stages which also represent 3 steps in
the shipping procedure. Firstly, the customers will fill in the blank in which country they
are staying and the specific address. They will also have to choose the wanted courier.
Secondly, the payment process will ask the customers to choose which payment method
that they prefer. In this case, the authors added 3 payment methods such as credit card,
e-wallet and cash on delivery. In the case that they choose to pay by credit card, they will
have to fill in their name, card number, expiration date and CVV. Last but not least is the
feedback section, after the delivery is done and finished, the customers will be
encouraged to send their feedback to the authors developer department. The feedback
will help Dress Me improve the quality in the future and improve the shopping
experience of the users.

Another section in the menu is the help center. Here, the authors added 2 methods
for the users to solve their problems in time. First is the customer service live chat, where
Dress Me will answer users' questions 24/7 and help them to understand the situation.
Second method is showing the users the Frequently Asked Questions where Dress Me
will comprise all the prominent questions being sent into the authors service department
and showcase the answers right in this section.

Other parts of the menu section are about the Dress Me application which are
“contact us” and “about us”. In the “Contact Us” section, the authors will showcase the
company address, phone number and working hours. And in the “About us” section will
demonstrate the company philosophy and goals.

Go to the main part of the Dress Me app, it leads to the game section. When
clicking on the “Dress icon” button at the bottom bar, customers will move on to the
Dress up game part. On the first screen of the game, Dress Me allowed customers to fill
in their own measurements, including measurements of six body circumferences: bust,
waist, bicep, shoulder, hip, and the length of the foot; two other measurements are the
customer’s weight and height.
After filling in all the information, customers can click on the “Next step” button
to move on to the next part. On the second screen, customers need to wait for 10 seconds
and at this time, Dress Me will analyze the customer’s measurements and sketch a 3D
character corresponding to the measurements that the customer has provided before. At
this stage, customers should not leave out the Dress Me app because it will affect and
interrupt the 3D character sketching process. The third screen is showing the result that
analyzes the 3D character with what the customer measurements body looks like.

After the 3D character has been built, customers will have a chance to edit again
the measurement that they were unsatisfied with the result before by dragging the bar in
each measured item. After the editing is completed, the customer will be moved to the
style selection page, where Dress Me has a variety of styles for customers to choose
from. This is also the most optimal way for customers who do not know what style to
wear. Here, if you do not understand what that style looks like and what its origin is, the
"question mark" icon below will be the corner to answer questions for all customers.
After choosing the style that they want to wear, customers will be guided by Dress Me to
a place to sell products related to that style. In case the customer wants to wear clothes
freely and design their own style, the customer can skip this step of choosing a style by
clicking the "Next step" button to move to the next section.

Next, customers will be taken to the official and most important section of the
Dress Me application, which is the item to buy clothes. In this category, Dress Me
categorizes into four components designed and separated by stripes: dress, top, skirt and
pants, clogs and shoes. At each product, Dress Me is subtle when it comes to product
names and brand names for each type of item so that customers can easily see the
information. Here, after the customer clicks on each type of item, the products will
immediately be worn on the 3D character that was designed by Dress Me earlier
according to the measurements provided by the customer. In addition, when clicking on
the products, the price of each item will be displayed at the button below the 3D
character. This helps customers to both observe the price and help customers freely
change according to the style as well as the items they want to buy. If the customers do
not want to play right away, they can press the arrow on the top left to exit the game, and
after choosing the item, the customers just need to press the cart button below to move to
the next screen.

In the following screen, Dress Me will let customers fully admire the 3D character
interface after being dressed by the customer. At this step, customers seem to see
themselves in the outfit they have chosen before. This is also a special point that Dress
Me wants to bring to customers. After that, if the customer is sure that they want to
purchase, just press the button below the character will show a confirmation panel with
the "Purchase" button icon to pay, otherwise, the customer will press the "Cancel" button
to turn off that confirmation. In case for some reason such as not enough money or do not
want to buy immediately, Dress Me has designed an additional "Wishlist" section for
customers to add that product as an archive item and as a symbol for the products.

In the next section is the product payment section that the customer has previously
purchased. Here, it can be seen that at the top will be a frame displaying the customer's
personal information including the customer's address, name and phone number. Next to
the frame on the right is a light gray arrow with the effect of helping customers with the
desire to edit their information if needed. Below the information frame is the section that
summarizes all the products that the customer has previously selected. To the right of
each product image will appear item information including the name of the brand, the
name of the product, the unit price and the quantity of the item. Below each product will
display the shipping methods. In order to help customers save on shipping costs, Dress
Me has chosen the best way to cooperate with two companies, which are Giao Hàng Tiết
Kiệm and Ninja Van, to assist in the shipping process to customers. These two businesses
are known to be two businesses that both deliver goods at a gentle, professional price and
are trusted by lots of other businesses. At each product, Dress Me shows the date that
customers can receive to make it easier for customers to track and track the date of
receipt. Next is the amount that the customer needs to pay the shipper and below is the
total cost to pay at a product including the item and shipping fee.
The explanation for the product classification and delivery is different from the
shipping company because the products at Dress Me are products from many brands as
well as different suppliers, so the shipping of the products will be different, separated and
shipped not at the same time. After that, customers can choose payment methods at Dress
Me such as customers can pay directly when receiving goods (ship COD) or the second
method is that customers can pay via credit cards such as Visa or credit card, thirdly,
customers can use Momo e-wallet to pay for goods directly on the Dress Me application.
The lower part is a section for customers to enter discount codes for each product that the
store has provided to customers. In the last section is a specific display of the total costs
that customers have to pay, which include: total product costs, total shipping costs and
total costs that customers have been discounted. The section below is also the terms that
customers can review to ensure more about the policies as well as the interests of
customers when shopping at the Dress Me application. After that, customers just need to
click on the "Order Now" button to complete the shopping on Dress Me, then customers
just need to wait for the day to receive the goods.
The final screen is the display for the earlier "Wishlist" item that the customer
added after completing the game earlier. After the customer adds the product to this list.
This section will display the total number of products that the customer has put in the
"Wishlist" list earlier. At each product type will be displayed both the item name and the
unit price of the product set. Right to the right of the picture there is a "Cart" icon, if the
customer wants to buy that product, they just need to click on that cart, otherwise there
will be a "Trash" icon to delete the products that the customer does not want.
CHAPTER 3. MARKET ANALYSE

3.1 SWOT analysis


3.1.1 Strengths
One of the best strengths of the Dress Me business is that customers can adjust
their own body size and buy clothes through the game "Dress Up" - an online shopping
platform that can be said to be new in the world's current marketplace. Additionally, the
other strengths of Dress Me business is convenience. Customers can browse through a
wide variety of clothes from the comfort of their own homes, at any time of the day or
night. This eliminates the need for traveling to physical stores, which can be
time-consuming and tiring.
Another strength of online clothes shopping business is the availability of
customer reviews. Many online retailers have a section on their website where customers
can leave feedback about their purchases. This provides valuable insight into the quality
of products and customer service, helping potential buyers make informed decisions.
Additionally, online retailers often offer a wider range of sizes and styles than physical
stores, catering to a diverse range of customers.
3.1.2 Weakness
As a business operating under the new model of selling products, Dress Me has
quite common weaknesses that any business selling on an online platform also
encounters. One of the main weaknesses of online clothes shopping is the inability to try
on the clothes before buying them. This often leads to customers returning the clothes
they purchased due to size and fit issues, resulting in increased shipping costs and hassles
for both the customer and the seller.
In addition, because it is a start-up business, what Dress Me is most confident
about is Dress Me's weakness, which is the part for customers to adjust their own
measurements. Because this business is still new, Dress Me's system sometimes has
errors in analysis and 3D character creation that is not suitable or inaccurate about all
body measurements. This may cause the customer's clothes to be purchased
unsatisfactory. Last but not least, the weakness of shopping in Dress Me is the lack of
personal interaction with the product. Customers cannot touch or feel the material of the
clothes they are purchasing, which often leads to disappointment when they receive their
order.
For the last weakness, online clothes shopping can be risky in terms of security.
Customers need to trust that their personal and financial information is secure when
making purchases online. This can be a challenge for some customers who are hesitant to
share their information online.
3.1.3 Opportunities
The online clothes shopping business offers numerous opportunities for
entrepreneurs and investors to tap into this growing market. One of the main advantages
of starting an online clothes shopping business is the low overhead costs involved. Unlike
traditional brick-and-mortar stores, online stores don't require a physical space or staff to
manage the store. This means lower rent, utilities, and employee costs. Additionally,
online stores have a wider reach, allowing businesses to target customers from all over
the world.
Besides, Dress Me got a chance offered by an online clothes shopping business
with the ability to access a vast array of suppliers and manufacturers. This means
businesses can offer customers a wide variety of products at competitive prices.
Furthermore, Dress Me can easily track customer preferences and buying patterns,

margins. In particular, established online retailers with strong brand recognition and

start-ups to compete.
Another challenge that start-ups like Dress Me business face in the online clothing
market is the need to maintain a reliable supply chain and manage inventory effectively.
With the global nature of e-commerce, sourcing materials and products from different
countries can be complex and costly, and managing inventory levels requires
sophisticated logistics systems. Without the resources and expertise to manage these
processes, start-up businesses may struggle to keep up with demand, leading to stockouts
or excess inventory.
Additionally, the digital nature of online shopping means that start-up businesses
must invest heavily in digital marketing and web development to build their brand and
attract customers. This requires a deep understanding of online consumer behavior and
the ability to adapt quickly in response to changing trends and preferences. Without a
solid online presence, start-up businesses in general, and Dress Me business, in particular,
have a risk of being overlooked by consumers in favor of more established players with a
strong online reputation.

3.2 Market research


In this section, the authors will showcase their step-to-step in order to come out
with the market research. Overall, the market research procedure will comprise main
steps which are: defining the project objectives, choosing the research methodology for
this project, picking out the main questions in the survey then showcasing the data
collection, and last but not least is analysing the collected data and visualise it in the most
understandable way
3.2.1 Project objectives
At the beginning of the chosen project, the authors had been brainstorming the
target audience of this project. In order to come up with the right customer segmentation,
this is necessary to identify the final consumers in the business procedure. Specifically,
Dress Me application is an all-in-one application which provides designer clothes and
high-end apparel. Therefore, the most beneficial kinds of customers would be in the age
range of 22-40. Due to the fact that this range of ages will have more experience in
buying things on e-commerce platforms and understanding 4.0 technologies rather than
others age range.
3.2.2 Research method used in the project
In order to gather necessary information for market research, the authors decided
to come up with a survey for the 22-40 age group. Besides that, secondary information
will also be collected in order to make sure the author's research is legitimate.

A marketing plan is a roadmap that guides a business toward its goals by identifying

Me start-up business, it is important to create a marketing plan that meets the business's
specific needs and aligns with the author's business.
To begin with, the author conducts market research to understand the author's
target audience's preferences, behaviors, and motivations. This will help Dress Me create
a customer persona that can guide your marketing efforts. Once the author has identified
a business target audience, the author should develop a unique value proposition for the
Dress Me app that sets the business apart from competitors.
Next, the author identifies the best channels to reach business target customers.
Social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook are great for promoting the author
product and engaging with potential customers. Additionally, email marketing campaigns
can help the business build relationships with their customers and keep the customers
informed about new product releases and promotions.
Facebook: Facebook is one of the most popular social media platforms that
businesses can leverage to promote their brand and reach a wider audience. If the
business has an app that the business wants to promote, then Facebook can be an
excellent platform to do so. Here are some steps that promote the Dress Me brand used
on Facebook:
● Firstly, create a Facebook page for the business brand and app. This page should
be optimized with relevant keywords and a clear description of Dress Me app
features and benefits. Dress Me can also include high-quality visuals like images
and videos that showcase Dress Me’s app functionality.
● Secondly, use Facebook ads to target Dress Me audience. Facebook provides a
range of targeting options that allow the business to reach the right audience based
on demographics, interests, behaviors, and more. The business can retarget users
who have interacted with the Dress Me app in the past or those who have visited
the business website.
● Thirdly, engage with Dress Me audiences by posting regular updates and
responding to their comments. This helps build a relationship with Dress Me
audiences and fosters a sense of community around the author's brand. Dress Me
also uses Facebook Live to showcase Dress Me’s app features or answer questions
from the business audience in real-time.
● Finally, leverage influencers and user-generated content to promote the Dress Me
app on Facebook. Influencers with large followings can help showcase Dress Me
app to their audience, while user-generated content like reviews and testimonials
can help build trust and credibility around the business brand.

Instagram: Instagram is one of the most popular social media platforms used by
businesses to promote their brand and attract potential customers. With over one billion
active users, Instagram presents an excellent opportunity for businesses to advertise their
apps and reach their target audience. Here are some steps that are effective strategies for
how the business promotes Dress Me brand on Instagram for the author's app.
● Firstly, optimize the business's Instagram profile. Dress Me's profile should be
complete and professional, with a clear description of the Dress Me app. Use
high-quality images and videos that showcase Dress Me app's features and
functionalities. Ensure that the business username and profile picture are
recognizable and consistent with Dress Me branding.
● Secondly, create engaging content. Instagram is all about visual content, the
author's make sure to create eye-catching posts that align with the Dress Me brand
and appeal to the author's business target audience. Use hashtags relevant to the
Dress Me business niche to increase the visibility of the author's posts and attract
more followers. Collaborate with other brands and influencers in the Dress Me's
business industry to expand Dress Me business reach and gain more exposure.
● Thirdly, leverage Instagram's advertising features. Instagram offers various
advertising options, including sponsored posts, stories, and reels, to help
businesses reach their target audience effectively. With the right targeting options,
Dress Me promotes the author's app to people who are most likely to download it.
● As a result, track and analyze Dress Me business performance regularly. Use
Instagram's insights feature to monitor the performance of Dress Me business
posts and ads. This will help the author's business identify what works best for the
business audience and make necessary adjustments to Dress Me.
To measure the success of Dress Me marketing plan, the author has set specific
goals and track the business progress using relevant metrics. By conducting market
research, developing a unique value proposition, identifying the best channels to reach
Dress Me target audience, and tracking the business progress using relevant metrics,
Dress Me can create a marketing plan that drives growth for the author's start-up
business.
● Dress Me prioritizes and uses tools that have the ability to integrate and track data.
And the Social Report is a top tool chosen by Dress Me businesses because it is an
analysis tool designed for e-commerce businesses. Besides, Social Report can also
monitor many social networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+
and websites like Vimeo, Reddit, Xing, SlideShare.

schedule posts in advance, which means they can plan their content strategy in
advance and ensure that they are regularly posting new content. The application
also provides businesses with access to a range of social media tools, such as

4.2 Logo
The logo of the Dress Me business is meticulously designed by the author - the
founder of the company. The customers can clearly see the femininity, a bit of momentum
mixed with lightness on the background of milk powder. The Dress logo is to represent
the symbol of women's fashion. Besides, the yellow Crown is worn on the dress logo as
well as the symbol that every girl who wears Dress Me products is a noble princess, a
luxurious queen or a haughty lady with a full of trendy temperament, because every
Dress Me customer will always be given the most favor and service possible.

CHAPTER 5: TECHNOLOGY
5.1 Technologies used in this project
5.1.1 Plugins
According to Hubspot, plugins are software that adds capabilities to an existing
program without affecting that program code. The main advantage of plugins is that they
are easy to remove and add into the application or website without touching the primary
source code.
5.1.2 3D scan
Applying 3D scan is necessary in this project since it will partially illustrate the
most identical figure compared to the real person. In the beginning of this project, the
customers will be asked to demonstrate their avatar manually according to hair style, skin
color, facial recognition, etc. Having add on this feature will help the application
showcase the figure even more precisely without step-by-step selection from the users.

5.2 Necessary plugins in this project


5.2.1 Plugins of payment transfer
Payments are the most important elements in an application or website since it
determines the outcome of e-commerce platforms. Having multiple payment methods not
only benefits the company but also showcases that the company really cares about their
customers. Generally, in Vietnam there are 4 main payment methods which are mobile
wallet apps, bank transfer, credit card and cash-on-delivery. In the market there are
multiple tech companies that provide the service of adding payment plugins in the
e-commerce platform. However here, the authors used the plugins from
wpsimplepay.com
5.2.2 Plugins shipping tracking
As mentioned above, the Dress Me company will cooperate with Giao Hàng Tiết
Kiệm as our partner in shipping the goods. Therefore, the company decided to add the
plugins of woocommerce with GHTK
5.2.3 Plugins news and magazines
As demonstrated above, in the search engine section, the authors decided to add
magazines such as vogue, harper bazaar etc in order to provide the users with more
information about trendy styles all over the world. Therefore in this section, the author
will add plugins about news and magazines by aThemeArt

6.1 Operation plan
An operation plan is a crucial component of any successful business venture, and
creating one for a fashion application business is no exception. The first step in
developing an operation plan is to define the business's goals and objectives. This
includes identifying the target market, determining the products and services that will be
offered, and establishing a marketing strategy to attract and retain customers.
Once the goals have been established, the next step is to develop a detailed
timeline for the implementation of the business plan. This includes setting milestones for
key activities such as product development, marketing campaigns, and customer
acquisition. It is important to establish realistic timelines that take into account potential
delays and setbacks.
Another critical element of an operation plan for a fashion application business is
the identification of the necessary resources. This includes personnel, equipment, and
technology. The staffing needs must be carefully assessed to ensure that there are enough
resources to support growth while maintaining quality standards. The investment in
technology must also be carefully planned, taking into account the need for scalability
and flexibility as the business grows.
Finally, it is essential to establish a system for measuring and evaluating the
success of the business. This includes tracking key performance indicators such as
customer acquisition costs, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction rates. These
metrics must be regularly reviewed to identify opportunities for improvement and to
ensure that the business is on track to meet its goals.

According to the previous market research part, the team predicted to gain
approximately $15,000 in total sale revenue and increase the total revenue by 10% every
month. On the other hand, the outflow would remain unchanged during the first phase of
this project

The break-even point is the point at which your small business experiences neither
a profit nor a loss. It is reached when total costs and total revenues are equal. In other
words, you've reached the point in production where a product's sales are equal to its
production expenses.Being given the formula above, therefore the team can calculate
how long until the project meets its breakeven point.

6.5 Organization structure


The CEO will be the person with the highest authority at Dress Me. At the author's
business, it is divided into 6 important main divisions including: Technical & Brand
Management, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Customers Service, E-commerce
Management.
The technology and brand management department is divided into two departments:
Internet Account Coordinator - Internet Marketing Coordinator: They are in
charge of researching and developing marketing strategies for the product's promotional
and advertising materials. Furthermore, they must research other websites in order to
assess the experience of the competitors and so develop their own campaigns and
marketing strategy for management. Among other things, these are their primary
functions: Managing, selling, and distributing the goods over the network. Detecting and
comprehending the digital customer and their purchasing behaviors. To publicize and
promote the website. Monitoring, controlling, and quantifying consumer vis
Content & Website: Content marketing is concerned with getting the product
visible and known. That is why strong fashion texts are essential for fashion e-shops and
e-commerce. The more queries the information answers regarding the specific item of
clothing or accessory, the higher the text's exposure in search engines like Google or
Bing. Search engines, metaphorically speaking, are now the digital runway on which
fashion material is displayed to the public as a model. The copywriter and idea developer
virtually take over the designer's function, determining the sequencing, show sequence,
and content, and hence the success of the fashion show. The value of innovation in retail
is an undeniable fact. The author sees its importance while discussing the digital world,
particularly on websites in the fashion business, whether brands, blogs, newspapers and
magazines, or others. Many experts say that clothes web page design focuses on video
and images because they are critical in showcasing items in the manner we want them to
be seen and specified in Dress Me marketing strategy.
At the Marketing department, it is divided into two departments: Physical Marketing and
Media Marketing: At Physical Marketing, it is also divided into 2 small parts, Client and
Dealer:
Physical Marketing: Dealers act as a representative of the brand and are expected
to have in-depth knowledge of the products they are selling. A good dealer knows how to
communicate with clients effectively, understand their needs, and offer personalized
solutions that meet their requirements. A strong relationship between clients and dealers
in physical marketing can help to build trust and loyalty towards a brand. Clients are
more likely to return to a dealer who has provided them with satisfactory service in the
past. This also leads to positive word-of-mouth marketing, which can help to attract new
clients to the brand. Therefore, it is essential for fashion businesses to focus on building
strong relationships between clients and dealers in order to succeed in physical
marketing.
Media Marketing: Media marketing plays a crucial role in the fashion industry by
creating brand awareness, promoting products and driving sales. In today's digital age,
companies use various platforms such as social media, influencer marketing, and email
marketing to reach their target audience. By leveraging these platforms, fashion
businesses can increase their visibility and build brand loyalty among consumers. Fashion
brands also collaborate with influencers to showcase their products through sponsored
content. This strategy helps to reach a wider audience and build trust with potential
customers. Additionally, email marketing is an effective way to keep customers engaged
and informed about new products, sales, and promotions.

At the Finance department, it is divided into two departments: Budgeting and Auditing
Budgeting: Budgeting is an important aspect of financial management in any
business, including the fashion industry. In today's highly competitive market, fashion
businesses need to have a clear understanding of their financial position and forecasted
financial performance. Budgeting allows fashion businesses to plan and allocate
resources effectively, identify opportunities for cost savings, and ensure profitability. A
well-crafted budget can help Dress Me business to make informed financial decisions and
manage their cash flow efficiently. It is essential to involve all relevant stakeholders in
the budgeting process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the budget. Regular
monitoring and review of the budget can help fashion businesses to identify any
variances and take corrective action in a timely manner.
Auditing: Auditing is an essential component of the finance function in any
business, including the fashion industry. It involves the independent examination of
financial records, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with laws, regulations,
and accounting standards. In the fashion business, auditing helps to identify financial
risks and opportunities for improvement in areas such as inventory management, supply
chain efficiency, and cost control. It also plays a crucial role in providing stakeholders
with accurate financial information and ensuring transparency in financial reporting. To
be effective, auditing in the fashion business requires a deep understanding of the
industry's unique challenges and dynamics, as well as the ability to analyze financial data
and communicate findings clearly.
At the Logistics department, it is divided into three departments:Transport
Agency/Courier, Procurement and Packaging:
Transport Agency/Courier: The timely delivery of raw materials, finished
products, and accessories is essential to keep up with customer demands and maintain a
competitive edge in the market. Therefore, fashion companies need to partner with
reliable transport agencies and courier services in their logistics department to ensure
timely delivery. These agencies not only provide transportation services but also offer
additional services such as packaging, warehousing, and order tracking. Through their
expertise and experience, they can help fashion businesses streamline their shipping
processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Thus, a strong partnership with a trusted
transport agency/courier service is vital for the success of a fashion business's logistics
department.
Procurement: Procurement involves acquiring goods and services from external
sources, which are necessary for the fashion business. The procurement process includes
identifying the requirements, selecting appropriate suppliers, negotiating prices, and
managing contracts. A well-executed procurement strategy can help fashion businesses to
reduce costs, improve quality, and ensure timely delivery of products. The logistic
department plays a crucial role in coordinating the procurement process and ensuring that
the right products are delivered to the right location at the right time. Effective
communication and collaboration between the procurement and logistic departments are
critical for achieving business objectives in the fashion industry.
Packaging: It is not only a means to protect the products during transportation but
also an opportunity to create a lasting impression on the customers. The packaging design
should match the brand's image and be visually appealing to the customers. It should also
be practical and functional, ensuring that the product is delivered in perfect condition.
The packaging materials used should be sustainable and eco-friendly, aligning with the
brand's values and contributing to reducing environmental impact. Effective packaging
can help businesses establish a positive reputation and enhance customer loyalty, making
it an essential aspect of the logistics department in the fashion industry.
Another department that takes part in Dress Me business is Customer Service: Customer
service is a crucial aspect of ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. A well-managed

and provide them with the necessary support and assistance. The department should have
a team of trained professionals who are knowledgeable about the products and services
offered by the company. They should also be skilled in handling difficult situations and
resolving conflicts in a timely and effective manner. The customer service department in
a fashion business should be equipped with the latest technologies to provide customers
with multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, live chat, and social
media. This enables customers to reach out to the company at their convenience and
receive prompt responses to their queries. In addition, the department should also have a
robust system for tracking customer feedback and complaints and using this data to
improve the quality of their services. By providing exceptional customer service, fashion
businesses can build a loyal customer base and establish themselves as a trusted brand in
the market.
Lastly, one of the most important departments in an organization structure of Dress Me
business is E-commerce Management. Here, its divided into four departments:
E-commerce Analyst Specialist, Community Manager, Digital Media Manager and Big
Data Analyst:
E-commerce Analyst Specialist: An E-commerce Analyst Specialist is an essential
member of the E-commerce Management department in the fashion industry. The main
responsibility of an E-commerce Analyst Specialist is to analyze data, conduct market
research, and provide insights to optimize E-commerce operations effectively. They
monitor customer behavior and sales trends to improve customer engagement and
satisfaction. Moreover, they implement new technologies and tools to enhance the overall
E-commerce experience. The E-commerce Analyst Specialist works in coordination with
other teams such as marketing, finance, and IT to ensure the smooth functioning of
E-commerce operations. In conclusion, an E-commerce Analyst Specialist plays a vital
role in managing the E-commerce platform for a fashion business.
Community Manager: The main responsibility of a Community Manager is to
build and maintain strong relationships with online customers, influencers, and brand
ambassadors. The Community Manager is responsible for creating engaging content for
social media platforms, responding to customer queries, and managing online
communities. In the fashion industry, the Community Manager should have a good
understanding of the latest fashion trends, as well as fashion-related terminologies. The
Community Manager should also have excellent communication, social media
management, and marketing skills to ensure that the brand's online presence is strong and
engaging. In summary, the role of a Community Manager in e-commerce management is
vital in building and maintaining a strong customer base and increasing sales revenue for
fashion businesses.
Digital Media Manager: The role of a Digital Media Manager in the E-commerce
Management department has gained significant importance. The Digital Media Manager
is responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive
traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness. They manage the website's content,
social media accounts, email marketing, and other digital channels. Their primary focus
is on creating engaging and visually appealing content to attract and retain customers.
They also analyze data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. A successful Digital
Media Manager in the E-commerce Management department must stay up-to-date with
the latest trends in technology and fashion to ensure the business stays ahead of the
competition.
Big Data Analyst: Dress Me are heavily relying on big data to make informed
decisions. A big data analyst plays a crucial role in the e-commerce management
department of a fashion business by analyzing vast amounts of data to identify patterns,
trends, and insights that can be used to optimize online sales and marketing strategies. As
a big data analyst in the e-commerce management department of a fashion business, one
must possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of programming languages such as
Python, R, and SQL. They should be familiar with various data analysis tools and
techniques, including data mining, machine learning, and statistical analysis. A big data
analyst should also have excellent communication skills to collaborate with other
departments and stakeholders and present their findings effectively.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the project which is named “Dress Me” is the imaginary start up
company done by Tran Vu Thanh Huyen and Truong Thuy Duyen. From the beginning,
the main outcome of this project is to learn the essential components of every
e-commerce platform and gain more knowledge about this industry. Additionally, to
conduct this report also required two students to comprehend the process of project
management and financial management. With the desire to solve the problem which the
team has been pointed out, the team has built “Dress Me” literally from scratch.
Therefore, being mixed by 2 kinds of entertaining “dress up game” and “online
shopping”, Dress Me is expected to become a necessary application in everyone’s phones
as a method of mix and match clothes and entertainment. The report carried out might not
be perfect since the team is still in the process of learning and understanding this industry.
As a result, the Dress Me team is looking forward to hearing the most sincere feedback
from our lecture in order to make this business plan and make it come true.
