EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

AWK is a dynamic institution committed to provide an innovative educational experience

for students, academic excellence and making a meaningful impact on society. It is established

with a vision to redefine higher education and to become a global leader in field of education,

critical thinking, and leadership skills. AWK offers a diverse range of undergraduate and

graduate programs across various disciplines. Their curriculum is designed to blend theoretical

knowledge with practical skills, ensuring that graduates are equipped to excel in their chosen

fields. The university emphasis on modern studies and encourages students to explore the

different areas of knowledge. They have innovative teaching methodologies and technologies to

enhance the learning experience. Their faculty comprises of expert scholars and industry experts

dedicated to culture of intellectual curiosity and creativity. Through learning, research and

collaborative projects, students gain valuable hands on experience and develop a holistic

understanding of their subjects. They are committed to provide knowledge through research and

innovation. Their research facilities and centers of excellence provide a platform for faculty and

students to engage in research that addresses real world challenges. They encourage a culture of

It was an amazing experience to visit organization and to meet senior employees and

management of organization. We were briefed about their policies, strategies and targets that

they want to achieve. In order to have a grasp and to get practical knowledge of the subject, we

tried to interact with strategy and policy making persons in the organization. We discuss all the

course concepts, read their business strategies and prepared and proposed a comprehensive

strategic plan for organization, to better achieve their targets.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the proposed strategic plan for AWK can open doors of growth,

innovation, success and sustainable competitive advantage. If focused on new vision, new

strategies can be devised and initiatives can be taken accordingly. It will provide students with

value added products and a new era of education industry. We recognize many challenges faced

to AWK and on the basis of above matrix, proposed strategies and future plans to organization so

that they can compete in the industry. This strategy is not just a document but can be proved as a

commitment to excellence and dedication to meeting and exceeding the expectations of students.
