Executive Summary
KREATIVE science college is a start-up education institute that offers a
modern and high quality education .KREATIVE college will serve
Chennai – porur (Ponamalle By-pass )or pallavaram . KREATIVE serves
mainly on science stream to improve science related filed .
Education has become the necessity in the present scenario and survival of
the fittest is the new mantra. My business idea will help in facing the
competitive environment with positive spirits.
Education is a trillion dollar industry worldwide .The history and structure
of education system in India has not been stable. With India having a
history of invasion during the feudal period, the system of imparting
education also kept changing .Indian education system has molded itself
on the pattern of British education system. Post independence, all
governments greatly emphasized the importance of spreading education to
all corners of the country. Education in India was not open for private
participation. However, off late, the government has given permission to
private bodies to run schools and colleges for profit. Increased demand for
education has led to major changes in supply. Thus the evolution of my
business idea comes from this background which is a very lucrative and
highly entrepreneurial in nature.
The business idea will definitely strike a right chord with the customers
and will give maximum returns to all the shareholders. The estimated
growth rates are within the reach and are realistic in nature which gives
enough room for improvising on the set targets.

The Concept
The mission statement of the college is to “enlighten and empower women
to reach out and lift up the underprivileged by imparting value based, job
oriented education and to inspire and instil integrity, chasten and chisel
good citizens to launch the nation into the global league”. The institution
caters to the needs of economically and socially weaker sections of the
society.
College will lead in student success. We will provide a superior working
environment for our faculty and staff, and through them, an exceptional
living and learning environment for our students and clients. Students will
be attracted to the challenging yet supportive experience we create.

5
KREATIVE College will provide high quality programs and services that
will contribute to success in tomorrow’s workplace and society. We will
work in collaboration with our communities, and optimize the unique
relationship with our university partner, as we focus on excelling as a
community college.

The Management Team

KREATIVE has a strong management team that will allow them to execute
on this exciting idea.

Autonomous College, Berhampur, Orissa as Members of the team. The
Peer team was coordinated by Mr. B. S. Ponmudiraj, Assistant Adviser,
NAAC. Mr. B. Padmanabhan, Officer, Statistical Quality Control, MRF
Ltd. was the Observer from an industry.

Mission
To create a positive environment for college to learn more about
themselves and world around .To promote quality education.
To serve our students by teaching them problem solving, leadership and
team work skills and the value of commitment to quality, ethical behavior,
society and respect for one other.

MARKETING PROMOTIONS:
Gyaan is a B to B product and also a new product. Most of our promotion
will be done through the following:
• Broachers
• Hoardings
• E-marketing
• Direct marketing
• Wrap advertising
Primarily our focus will be on direct marketing, broachers and wrap
advertising. The reason why we have opted wrap advertising is mentioned
below, but before that what is warp advertising,
It is the marketing practice of completely or partially covering a vehicle in
an advertisement or livery, thus turning it into a mobile billboard. This can
9
be achieved by simply painting the vehicle surface, but it is becoming
more common today to use large vinyl sheets as decals. These can be
removed with relative ease, making it much less expensive to change from
one advertisement to another. Vehicles with large, flat surfaces, such as
buses and light-rail carriages, are fairly easy to work with, though smaller
cars with curved surfaces can also be wrapped in this manner.
Effectiveness:
Industry analysts, researchers and trade representatives have researched
the effectiveness of mobile billboards. Outdoor Advertising Magazine said
that outdoor mobile media billboards have a 97% recall rate, and 96% of
survey respondents thought mobile advertising is more effective than
traditional outdoor advertising. 3M and the American Trucking
Associations noted 91% of the target noticed the text and graphics on truck
advertising, and the Traffic Audit Bureau noted that on local routes
monthly impressions ranged from one to four millions hits. Product
Acceptance and Research said 94% of respondents recalled seeing the
Mobile Billboard, with 80% recalling the specific advertisement; the
billboards resulted in a sales increase of 107%.
Thus because of the above mentioned reason and its cost effectiveness we
have opted for this promotion apart from the others.
