 Rules  and  regulations  for  P.G.'s  for  academic  year  2019-20  for  independent  Bungalow  
Violation  of  rules  and  regulations  will  be  seriously  observed  and  warning  advice  will  be  given  to  
the  parents/Director  of  Srishti  before  termination  of  the  stay  and  the  refund  will  be  forfeited  

Rules  

1. All  the  paying  guest  is  requested  to  maintain  the  discipline  of  the  house.

2. No  loud  music  to  be  played

3. No  sticker  or  posters  should  be  put  on  the  walls.  Walls  with  posters  or  writing/  Painting  will  be  fined
up  to  Rs.5000/-­‐  &  will  be  adjusted  with  Deposit

4. All  P.G.  student  should  be  between  8:00am  to  9:00pm    at  the  dining  table  for  dinner  and  should  be  in
their  respective  rooms  by  10:00  pm.

5.Prior  intimation  has  to  be  given  by  P.G.  students  if  he/she  have  dinner  or  lunch  outside  or  if  he/she  is
staying  overnight  at  local  guardian's  place.  

6.Candidate  should  ensure  light,  fan  and  geyser  are  off  before  leaving  the  room.  Optimum  use  of
electricity  and  water  should  be  ensured  as  both  are  in  short  supply  in  Bangalore.  Water  and  electricity  
wastage  should  be  avoided.  In  case  of  violation  appropriate  fine  will  be  imposed.  

7.A}  Only  Srishti  students  have  been  provided  accommodation  in  P.G  home  for  one  academic  year  and
will  not  be  allowed  to  leave  in  between  period  

B) If  the  student,  desire  to  leave  after  completing  stay  they  should  vacate  Cupboard  before  going  on
holidays  in  the  month  of  April.  They  also  have  to  make  sure  that  to  vacate  the  premises  in  May  to  
facilitate  new  students  to  take  occupation  for  the  new  academic  year.  

8.Intimation  to  discontinue  should  be  informed  before  31st  march.

9.It  is  desired  that  all  valuables  including  camera,  laptops  and  cash  should  be  kept  under  locked
condition,  as  daily  cleaning  of  the  room  will  be  carried  out.  This  responsibility  lies  with  the  student.  No  
claims  against  the  P.G.  home  or  other  members  will  be  entertained.  

10.Each  student  should  ensure  that  they  have  locked  their  room  before  leaving  the  P.G.

11. a.  No  entry  in  P.G.  homes  for  students/friends  who  are  not  in  shristi.

b. Visitors/  Student  to  show  their  identity  Card  before  entering  the  premises  of  PG  Home  to  Security
Guard
Restrictions:  
1. No  pets  allowed  inside  the  room

2. No  friends  are  allowed  to  stay  in  the  room  at  night,  in  case  of  violation  stay  would  be  terminated

3. Ragging  inside  the  P.G.  home  is  prohibited

4.Reshuffling  of  seats  is  reserved  by  us  to  the  accommodate  same  year's  students.

5.No  playing  Holi  inside  the  P.G.  or  bursting  crackers

6.Overnight  stay  outside  the  P.G.  should  be  informed

7.Kitchen  given  is  for  only  respective  inmates  of  the  P.G.  home  for  light  refreshment  cooking  only.

8. No  birthday  parties  are  allowed  in  P.G.  house.

9. Entry  to  dining  hall  is  restricted  to  only  UPG  students.  No  outsiders  or  guests  are  allowed.

10.Electronic  oven,electric  heater,microwave/oven  is  not  permitted  in  the  kitchen.

11.Utensils  cleaning  detergents  consumable  to  be  provided  by  the  students.

Instruction  for  students  living  in  Independent  Bungalow  &  Flat  No  -­‐32  

1. Student  should  follow  the  instruction  given  below

a. Breakfast  &  Evening  Snacks  will  be  served  in  the  Central  Place  House  No-­‐76/208  Colony
b. Lunch  in  Holidays  will  be  at  House  No-­‐22/208  Colony
c. Dinner  at  Night  will  be  at  House  No-­‐22/208  Colony

2. a.  No  Delivery  to  PG  House  Except  Sick  Person  on  Request
b. Students  are  not  allowed  to  take  food  to  PG  House
3. Non-­‐  Veg  Days  Wednesday  ,  Friday  &  Sunday
Laundry:  

1.The  clothes  should  be  marked  with  respective  house  Number,  with  fiber  ink  for  identification  mark  to
segregate  after  wash  and  ironing.  Clothes  not  marked  are  not  liable  for  delivery.

2.Only  seven  pairs  of  clothes  per  week  would  be  allowed  for  wash,  more  than  seven  clothes  will  attract
extra  charge.

3. a)The  clothes  after  washing  will  be  kept  for  distribution  in  respective  P.G.  Home  and  they  should  be
taken  to  their  respective  rooms  immediately  to  avoid  misplacement  or  loss.  Clothes  not  taken  more
than  two  days  will  be  removed.

4.Dry  cleaning  of  warm  clothes,  blankets  to  be  given  outside  of  P.G.  home  by  the  students  and  collected
by  the  students.

Please  note:  
1.P.G.  will  be  closed  during  winter  holidays  and  summer  vacation.  If  any  student  wants  to  stay  during
that  period,  they  has  to  inform  to  Make  Arrangement  for  Small  Group  .

2.Mess  will  be  closed  in  May  and  June  2019  for  summer  vacation.

3.The  Payment  Refer  Terms  &  Condition  Payment  2019 and 2020 Clauses      .

a) Bed  sheets  and  pillow  with  pillow  covers  -­‐  minimum  2  Nos.
b) Mosquito  Repellant.
c) Candle/Torch/Emergency  Light.
d) Medicine  of  general  problems  for  personal  use.
e) Locks  for  rooms  (3  Keys  locks).  One  for  self,  2nd  for  room  partner,  3rd  for  cleaning  to  be  given  to
P.G.  Home

f) One  woolen  Blanket.

g) Marking  of  clothes  by  marker  ink  for  Laundry.
h) Table  glass  for  cutting  papers.
i) Plastic  Bucket  &  mug.
j) Umbrella  &  Rain  coat.
k) Utensils  in  kitchen.
l) Cleaning  detergent.
m) Dust  bin.
n) Lunch  Hotbox  in  emergency  for  PG  House

Note:  Parents  should  make  their  own  arrangement  for  stay  outside  the  P.G.  during  admission  or  visit  
to  their  ward.
