Flight Plan creation example.
Let’s create from scratch a flight plan with the following
Characteristics.
KDTW (Detroit Metropolitan) to KMKC (Kansas
Downtown) with SID and STAR
complete ROUTE and a APPROACH as following.

KDTW R21L SID Fort Wayne 4 (FWA4) to FWA

via V55 to GIJ
via J146 to JOT
via J26 to LOAMY
via V10 to IRK
KMKC STAR Baymer Four (BQS4) transition IRK to
Approach GPS19 (GPS19)
Step by Step example.

In the initial page press the FPLN button to enter the ORIGIN and DESTINATION, in the Scratchpad enter the
desired route, in this case, KDTW to KMKC, from KDTW direct to FWA, then to GIJ via airway V55, then to JOT
via airway J146, to LOAMY via airway J26 finally to IRK via airway V10. Note that if in between two points (JOT
and LOAMY) of an airway are more waypoint they will be automacally added to the flight flight, is not necessary
to enter point by point.
