Dear Atty. Banas:

This is in reply to your letter dated September 12, 2013 regarding my Financial Proposal for the Project:
“Kayo ang Boss Ko” (KBK) Toilet Facilities Improvement Project- Lot 7, Region 6. I would like to clarify
that my total bid price of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Five Hundred Five Hundred
Five Pesos and 16/100 (PHP 9,992,505.16) is exclusive of the project-LTO Siquijor District
Office,Siquijor ,which is not included in the Bill of Quantities and Scope of Works as stated in the Bidding
Documents, thus, my Financial Proposal as stated in my bid does not exceed the Approved Budget for
the Contract which is Ten Million Twenty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Three Pesos and 36/100
(PHP10,025,823.36).

Hoping this would clarify and would make the corresponding revision and/or amendments to my
submitted Bid Proposal.
