Sealed Expression of Interests are invited by the Chairman Department Consultants Procurement Committee from
the Eligible (local) consultancy firms for the following project.

• Interested consultancy firms or consortia prepare and submit an EOI in a standard form, following recommended
Template for EOI (Consultancy Firms) which can be obtained either by downloading from the website
(www.paranthanchemicals.gov.lk, www.industry.gov.lk) or by contacting the Deputy General Manager
(Engineering), Paranthan Chemicals Company Limited, No100/25, Sri Ramanathan Mawatha, Colombo 13, Sri Lanka
(Tel: 011 2324464, fax 011 2324465, Email: tissa.liyanage@gmail.com) between 0900 hours to 1500 hours on normal
working days from 11th June to 24th June 2020.
• Consultancy firm will be selected using method indicated in the Terms of Reference, in accordance with NPC
Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants (2007).
• Duly completed EOI with two hard copies and soft copy shall be dispatched either by registered post or hand delivered
to the address indicated below, in sealed envelope clearly titled - “Expressions of Interest for Consultancy Services
for the Feasibility Study of Caustic soda/Chlorine Project” to reach on or before 11.00 hours on 25th June 2020.
• Consultants or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the opening of EOIs, Late EOIs will
be rejected.
