dedication of the bright minds, who gathered on the vibrant platform of innovation on the 20th
of March, 2024. The competition, a melting pot of ideas and aspirations, provided a stage
where students, in groups ranging from two to four members, unveiled their technical
projects to an eager audience and a discerning panel of judges. Within these pages lie the
abstracts of the papers crafted by these aspiring innovators. Each abstract is a glimpse into the
meticulous planning, tireless experimentation, and unwavering passion that fuelled the
realization of their projects. The spectrum of ideas presented reflects the diversity of thought
and the depth of talent present in our academic community. In the fast-paced landscape of
technological advancement, the importance of nurturing innovation and fostering a culture of
experimentation cannot be overstated. This competition not only acknowledges the

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the smart pill box system for elderly patients is to provide a reliable and
convenient solution for medication management. By utilizing IoT technology, the system will
be able to remind patients to take their medication on time, reducing the risk of missed doses
and potential health complications. This can also be considered as reminder system that
differs from An alarm clock in terms of persons who are Visually Impaired that is it uses
Audible reminders and lights on the box itself can be helpful for those with visual
impairments and also for Forgetful Individuals that is for people who struggle to remember if
they took their meds, the pill box record can provide peace of mind so no need to take
tension about setting alarms also it sets Targeted Alarms that is You can set specific alarms
for each medication time with a smart pill box. This avoids the need for multiple alarms
throughout the day and allows for customized reminders. A reminder system with a smart pill
box still provides a significant advantage over a simple alarm for medication adherence. It
promotes clarity, targeted reminders, and prevents accidental snoozing, ultimately aiding in
following a medication schedule.

This system majorly benefits the people who are old and have chronic diseases to remind
them for their dosages on time and without delay or missed dosages. This project uses
Internet of Things (IOT) that is a technology used nowadays to modify things smartly to help
our surroundings. In these three modules of dosages were going to connect with 3 LED’s that
will light up whenever the dosage time will come with an addition to Buzzer that will
produce sound followed by Message on connected device via Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi)
module and Blynk app that can be useful for caretakers to track patients schedules. These all
components will be connected to one major component, that is Microcontroller named
ESP32.

EzeAttendance: Effortless Attendance Tracking: A Fully Automated

ABSTRACT

EzeAttendance is a revolutionary attendance management system designed to simplify the

tedious task of tracking attendance of students in educational institutions. Recognizing this
challenge, we present a purely software-based solution that revolutionizes attendance
management without the need for any external hardware. We introduce a novel approach to
attendance authentication through timer based dynamic QR codes. At the core of
EzeAttendance lies its dynamic QR code authentication method, which sets it apart from
traditional attendance systems. Each session begins with the generation of unique QR codes
for individual students, triggered by a countdown timer. This dynamic approach ensures that
QR codes are constantly refreshed, making it virtually impossible for students to falsify
attendance records. Students simply need to scan the QR code displayed on the faculty
portal using their smartphones (Mobile app) to mark their presence, providing instant
verification of their attendance. After the attendance session is successfully executed, the
attendance of all the students is automatically compiled and stored in the database. If needed,
faculty can analyze, visualize and export the attendance in the required format. The
architecture of EzeAttendance comprises the Faculty/Admin Portal, Student Mobile App, and
Backend Server. The Faculty/Admin Portal, developed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript,
initiates attendance and displays dynamic QR codes generated using the QR code library. The
Student Mobile App, built with Kotlin, enables students to scan these QR codes seamlessly
for attendance marking. Leveraging WebSocket technology, the app provides quick
notifications and real-time updates. Meanwhile, the Backend Server, powered by Django and
MySQL, orchestrates authentication, manages attendance records, and offers real-time
updates to faculty/administrators.

ABSTRACT

Crisis Connect is a web-based platform that revolutionizes natural disaster preparedness,

response, and recovery. Our unique selling proposition lies in the integration of real-time
data, Volunteer management, advanced analytics, and community engagement, providing
users with personalized and actionable insights during crises. By aggregating and analyzing
diverse data sources, including meteorological data, satellite imagery, social media feeds, and
government reports, Crisis connect generates accurate risk assessments, early warnings, and
impact projections .This project uses Front end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and
React.js along with backend technology like Django and Python with multiple frameworks
and APIs. Donations through payment gateway methods, Real-time maps and information
using Socket.io and NASA EONET API, educational resources through data fetching, and
mobile alerts ensure timely access to critical information. By combining data analysis,
volunteer outreach, connectivity without internet, Crisis Connect enhances individuals,
families, and communities' ability to make informed decisions, minimize risks, and thrive in
the face of natural disasters.

ABSTRACT

Border regions have very rugged terrain and temperature variations of from -40°C to 10°C. ,
these areas also have low light availability which increase surveillance time in areas with less
light to reduce this time and further enhance this system of security we can use
“triyambakam’” as a solution.
Multipurpose head up display (HUD) the TRIYAMBAKAM is equipped with a small
microcontroller chip which controls a LCOS display with the picture accuracy for real time
vision having 30 % better brightness and picture detail the device has camera and microphone
for data collection. It is equipped with a neo-6M-GPS module connected to the main
controller for real time location sharing. The glasses will offer the user with the details of the
individual whose image is identified by the camera of glass (Facial Recognition and
Biometric Scan). It can be programmed with various codes for control of any electronic
attachments with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Can be used in army for scanning and monitoring
movement of enemies through use of thermal and infrared cameras and send alert message to
nearby headquarters.Have geo-location features.

Face Recognition Based Attendance System (FRAS) streamlines attendance tracking in

educational institutions and corporations. FRAS employs facial recognition technology to
record attendance accurately, replacing manual methods. Administrators and instructors
manage records through an intuitive interface.
Sophisticated algorithms and machine learning capture facial data during attendance sessions,
ensuring reliability and reducing errors. FRAS prioritizes security, adhering to privacy
regulations and enabling real-time monitoring.
Developed using Python, OpenCV, and MySQL/MariaDB, FRAS offers scalability and
seamless integration. Key features include automatic attendance marking and customizable
reporting.
FRAS represents a significant step forward in efficiency and transparency in attendance
management.

and analyzing discussions, offering comprehensive note-taking capabilities. This AI-powered
platform, trained extensively in business terminology and pedagogy, automatically expands
on specific keywords and provides concise explanations of meeting content. In a hypothetical
scenario where a startup is conceptualizing a SaaS product, the CTO convenes tech interns
and fellows to discuss its features, value proposition, and development strategy. Our AI
model transcribes and analyzes the meeting in English, Hindi, and Hinglish, delivering
effective key points and explanations of complex jargon to attendees. This tool not only saves
time but also ensures accurate information dissemination to absent team members, enhancing
collaboration and productivity. While a free version allows limited meeting analysis, our paid
corporate plans offer advanced features and secure data storage.

This abstract encapsulates how our solution serves as an invaluable resource for corporate
environments, facilitating efficient communication and knowledge sharing.

ABSTRACT
It is a fact that first-time parents have enormous difficulty raising their first child. It is because
raising a new-born is something that requires experience instead of just bookish know-how.
Project BabyWise is a simple to maneuver application with an intuitive UI, packed with
essential features to ease the first-time parenting venture of all parents out there. This project
uses simple android application basics such as Java to create a community between beginner
parents allowing them to share their experiences with others in hopes of helping each other
out. BabyWise will offer curated advice and articles through knowledge via web-scraping and
verified by the staff (updated regularly), it’ll also allow community content and articles posted
by the members themselves. BabyWise will include a basic reputation system denoting the
amount of experience of members to facilitate trustable advice related to parenting. BabyWise
will also include a specialist section working in collaboration with doctors to offer expert
advice for a minimal cost. BabyWise will offer personalized recommendations and product
suggestions using ML and will offer a price comparison for the products on different famous
sources using their respective Api’s (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). The project will also include a
chatbot using AI to answer queries of new members to a certain degree, including pointing
users to specific articles or sections of the app, before recommended expert advice. Along
with the other essential features BabyWise will offer features such as a Tracker, Meal
Planner, Pregnancy Guide, and Memories Tracker.

helpful to promote digital wellness by providing users with tools and features to manage their
online habits effectively.
Key Features:
Activity Tracking: FocusForge can easily track user’s online activity which includes their
time spent on various websites and provides insights into their browsing habits. Users can
view detailed reports and analytics to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
Distraction-Free Browsing: This extension also includes a distraction-free mode that removes
unnecessary elements from web pages, allowing users to focus on the content that matters
most to them.
Website Blocking: This extension also allows users to block access to specific websites or

The proposed web-based platform aims to streamline the verification process for students'
enrolment and scholarship eligibility across different states, focusing on user authentication,
data security, real-time verification, and stakeholder collaboration.
The platform features user authentication and authorization with multi-factor authentication
and role-based access control. A dashboard provides an overview of the verification process,
and a search feature allows users to find students using various criteria. Real-time verification
is enabled by integrating with host state educational institutions' databases, ensuring up-to-
date information access. A standardized database of institutions in host states is maintained,
along with their contact information and scholarship scheme participation status.
Data integration protocols facilitate seamless data exchange between home and host states.
All data transmission and storage within the system are encrypted using advanced encryption
standards (AES) to protect privacy. Automatic notifications are sent to concerned parties
regarding verification outcomes or additional documentation requirements.
The platform caters to various user cases, including student enrolment verification,
institutional data submission, scholarship listing, discrepancy resolution, institutional support,
guidance, and scholarship disbursement. The tech stack includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB, Mongoose, PHP, Django, JWT, bcrypt.js, HTTPS, and
Google Firebase for authentication and security.
Dependencies include data availability, integration with host state systems, legal compliance,
stakeholder cooperation, and technical infrastructure. Mitigation strategies include regular
data synchronization, collaboration with host state authorities, legal reviews, stakeholder
engagement, and ensuring technical scalability.

ABSTRACT

In the realm of stock market investment, there exists a critical void in accessible and real-time
data monitoring solutions designed specifically for individual investors. The current
landscape is saturated with complex and expensive platforms that primarily cater to
institutional traders, leaving individual investors at a disadvantage. This scenario presents a
substantial challenge for those seeking prompt and precise information to facilitate informed
investment decisions. To address this deficiency, our project proposes the development of a
Real-Time Crypto and Stock Price Monitoring Device, tailored to meet the unique needs of
individual investors. This innovative device will offer a user-friendly interface, instant access
to up-to-the-minute data, and customizable features aimed at empowering investors to make
well-informed and timely investment choices. By bridging the gap between institutional-
grade tools and individual investment requirements, our device aims to democratize access to
real-time market information, enabling users to navigate the complexities of the stock market
with confidence and agility. Through a comprehensive exploration of cutting-edge
technologies and a user-centric design approach, our project aspires to revolutionize the
landscape of stock market investment, empowering individual investors to actively engage
with the dynamic world of finance.
So in short we are using Machine Learning, IOT, API, SERVER AND ARDUINO IDE

ABSTRACT
The purpose is to build a website that promotes tree planting and contributes to greener
environment, to empower people to embrace sustainability "paving a way to greener future
“as flora plays a very essential role in maintaining ecosystem to protect and flourish
the environment for better future, so we thought of building such a website. It allows users to
create accounts where they can login and track Their progress. They will be shown the areas
where plants are needed to be grown through geolocation feature (in map, the area where
greenery is above average will be shown in green color. Area with average greenery in
yellow color. And areas where greenery is below average will be shown in red color where
there is more requirement of plants, as it will be easier for user to track the areas with colors).
As per the abstract, the funding needed in working of this website will be provided
by Government as this website will be govt. Verified [ it is just an idea to make our website
more trustable and popular]. There will be a reward system for planting trees by which users
will be able to collect virtual credits and rewards which are redeemable. We have provided
the users with a help button also where they can ask their queries every user's progress will
be monitored and evaluated according to their daily interaction .this website named
flauration that would be government verified as per the notion, when we talk of building
structure of the website ,it would be built using html styling of the website would be
done using CSS and JavaScript to make the website user interactive.

ABSTRACT

AI-powered image captioning is a technology that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI)

algorithms to generate descriptive captions for images automatically. The goal of image
captioning is to teach machines to understand the content of images and describe them in
human-like language. Overall, AI-powered image captioning represents a significant
advancement in human-computer interaction, enabling a deeper understanding and utilization
of visual information in various domains.

To create this model, we utilized two different architectures: Convolutional Neural Network
(CNN) and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). The dataset was sourced from Kaggle,
comprising images and corresponding captions. For image pre-processing, we employed the
VGG16 model and fine-tuned it to extract features from the images. Text pre-processing
involved various NLP techniques such as stemming, lemmatization, and removal of stop
words. Subsequently, we constructed a new model by combining these extracted features
from images with processed text data, creating a fully connected neural network. This model
was then trained, and we developed a Streamlit app to showcase its functionality.

The combination of CNN and RNN architectures allows the model to capture both spatial and
sequential information, making it adept at understanding both the content of images and the
context of captions. This comprehensive approach ensures that the generated captions are not
only accurate but also contextually relevant. To showcase the model accuracy and loss, we
utilized the Matplotlib library to construct line graphs illustrating the incremental or
decremental changes in accuracy and loss across epochs. Overall, this project represents a
deep learning endeavour aimed at augmenting the capabilities of vision.

Furthermore, the AI-powered image captioning technology has far-reaching implications

across various industries. In healthcare, it can assist medical professionals in analyzing
medical images and providing detailed descriptions, aiding in diagnoses and treatment
planning. In the automotive sector, it can enhance autonomous driving systems by enabling
vehicles to better interpret their surroundings and communicate relevant information to
passengers.

ABSTRACT
In the present scenario, Student are facing many difficulties when it comes to filling forms for
various exams, such as repetitive data entry and lack of experience. To address these
problems, our project introduces an innovative application called "EZForm." This user-
friendly platform aims to simplify the process of filling exam forms for students.
It allows students to register and input their personal and academic information just once,
eliminating the need for repetitive data entry across various exam websites. Once registered,
students can easily access and apply for multiple exams through the platform with just one
click and payment of the form fee.
EZForm collaborates with cyber cafes, providing them with authorized access to assist
students in filling out forms on their behalf. By simplifying the form-filling process, we aim
to increase accessibility and participation rates, especially for students who may face barriers
such as technical challenges or lack of form-filling experience. With our innovative approach,
we believe that applying for competitive exams should be easy and accessible to all students,
empowering them to pursue their academic goals hassle-free.
