Technical analysis

The following chart shows technical analysis of the American Express company. i have used
two different indicators in this analysis one is moving average with two different time
periods; 50 and 20 periods, to gauge the trend analysis. the other one is relative strength
indicator to assess the momentum of the prices with 14 lengths of periods.

We can see from the chart that the stocks were aggressively selling for almost 2 months and
after reaching at 140 the buyers are started to purchase it. In addition, the candles also
started to move above the moving averages of 50 and 20 periods. It is also confirmed to buy
the stocks and hold it until it reaches 180. So, the decisions of the technical analysis to
execute the buying strategy.
